Colorado, the sunshine state! :D
Truthfully after traveling to about 30 or more states in my life I still feel Colorado is arguably my favorite state.
 
Shameful, really. Guess we'll have to shoot for the 15 year anniversary 😂
 
Only jail for me has been ICU....3 heart procedures in 12 months is annoying.

I keep getting blockages, so far 2 heart attacks but caught the third blockage early. 3 angioplasty procedures and 3 stents. It's genetic.... I exercise, take meds, eat properly.

I feel great after procedure, just low endurance for a while. But this summer I did 8 mile hikes in Teton National Park, Wyoming so I get back into shape quickly. But no more Ironman triathlons in my future.

that is awful...and great-depending on how you look at it--i think keeping a positive outlook is really great but easier said than done-props for you for being able to pull it off!!! BIG PROPS (y)(y)(y)(y)(y)

hopefully no permanent damage like what strokes can cause?

Well, I was referring to your time in FB jail and you go and make my laughing emoji make me look like an insensitive jerk. 😢
Hopefully the doctors can get something figured out to fix that.
 
I joke about it all the time and people cringe, but I am concerned and scared obviously. But I've grown as a man and realize I can't just tough it out because it'll go away. I'm seriously proud of recognizing my symptoms and getting treatment before heart attack #3.

Never feel bad for anything against me, you know I'm thick-skinned. I forgot about my time on the inside....I guess I'm trying to move past the part of my life, FB jail was torturous.
