And the truth is you (and everyone else) would be repped more if it weren't for the new rep settings. If more RBs posted in this thread (cough Bruce, Tim, Steven, Nate, Nathan cough), it wouldn't be an issue.

Unfortunately I did lack size in the shoot. Bit gutted as I threw everything at cutting and ruined the carb up so I came in flat.

You are correct James and I am genuinely ashamed. My arms were an inch smaller in circumference than they were prior.

It's ok, you're still handsome laddie. I lost a lot of size on my last cut too and am working on bulking up again. I must admit that you truly do have killer abs. srs.

Ben preaches he is nice...he should prescribe us his AB routine or Exercise schemes. Maybe that's why Blake is all sandy vag atm...the fact of his abs disappearing has gotten a hold of him finally, and upon seeing that amazing picture of ben he grew bitter and jelly.

Blake still loves me. Occasionally he is a bit sour but I believe that is because his love is so strong he gets scared.

I can see the hard work and dedication you put in and I can admire your work/diet ethic to attain it. I know how hard it is getting into that kind of shape especially the loses that can come from rapidly dieting down. I think you're genetically superior as well, in regards to your abs. It seems like no matter what I do, I can't get mine to be near as stunning as yours. I say this because I've dieted down for comps and could see great detail in my muscles overall, with very low body fat percent, and had the lower abs be tight but not defined like yours.
 
I have a past of GI problems so have to be very strict with what I eat. I bloat quite easily so have to remove offending foods to try and avoid abdominal distention which I used to suffer from consistently. I used to have crap abs lol.
 
I just took a mature decision...had a guy at my apartment offering me 2x Bottles of HaloX (Halo Clone) and 1 bottle of Tamoxifen Citrate (20mg/ml - 30ml) for 85 dollars total...Pretty cheap FULL stack...only needed to get the rest of the PCT and the support...and I took the higher man decision and said no...(after pulling out my wallet, counting the cash and having a sudden morale outcome). I want strength and more muscle mass...but I am not ready to go against my beliefs just for that...no matter how much I'm still hurting inside...Thought I would share it (even if no one cares...) I just hope I made the right call...and now I just got a hold of 3 bronkaid boxes and like 5 bottles of fish oil...for my recomp...

Drugs are bad. Mr Mackay (sp?) from South Park says so. Good decision.

I hear you buddy, I've had some horrible GI issues in the past. Your abs are great now though.
 
Thanks Ryan. It is interesting that I have posted about and researched Blake's medical situation multiple times but as soon as we start talking about our own he says "unsubbed".

It is sad to see how selfish he is. I wonder if he can see it.
