I played tennis with a couple of friends of mine. Both are very good and I was hoping my natural level of athleticism and hand eye coordination would make up for the deficit in my knowledge of the game. Half way through a point they both started laughing so I asked them what was so funny."Ben, you are standing in a part of the court that tennis players call 'no man's land!'"Apparently you need knowledge of the game as well lol.
 
I tried tennis once. My hurculean strength couldnt stop me from hitting the tennis ball over the fence. Apparently I have a bit of an upswing!!
 
I play tennis in the summer, I don't do any cardio in the gym so I stay active in sports pretty much everyday.

tennis is amazing. I played it in high school. I tried to play basketball in high school too but sucked too bad, that and I didn't want to blow the $50 non-refundable tryout fee.

Ben UK tennis is different. We call it table tennis over here, or even ping pong. You can't ever stand on the table.

I hate running so I use sports for my cardio alot too.

I just got over a wicked cold. Had me down and out for almost a week.
 
I've been sick the last few days. I finally shook the swollen throat, but I was sneezing like crazy, yesterday and it scratched my throat something awful. And my nose has been stuffy/running ever since. Argh.

yep pissed me off. I wanted to give it a shot but my parents were stingy so it was out of my own pocket and it felt more like throwing it away to me. That was over a decade ago however.
