You can get colostrum from anything that lactates, you have to get it fresh though so be sure you suckle at the teets of the young cows that just had calves, not the old cows. You could also head to the nursery at your local hospital, lots of colostrum there too. Stuff will put weight on you FAST, just look how babies basically double their weight in a short few months. You could double YOUR weight if you switched to just colostrum.

After a week of no RecoverPro, I had the Raspberry this morning and I have to say, it is quite tasty and refreshing. I don't know whether my tastebuds or my muscles appreciate it more...
