Hey guys, whats up! Quick question here for you. I'm currently on very low carbs(I'm on a long cut) for 6 days out of the week, with one crab up/refeed day. I was thinking about using Neovar, as I would like to add some type of non- bloating creatine to help with strength and maintaining size. But now I'm not so sure:think:! Seems like cause of the Banaba extract, you have to consume a hefty dose of carbs! So will Neovar be useless, or in other words not good for me to take at this time? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
