i want to add a non hormonal supplement that doesn't require a pct to my routine. I want to build more lean size and strength and of course trying to lower my bf%. i'm 5'9 185lbs 11%bf. im currently on mhp's probolic sr, animal omega and flex, controlled labs purple wrath, green mag, and orange triad. I've been looking into prime or anabolic pump, but primes getting more of my attention.. any suggestions?
 
some swear by prime. i do not. tried it, nothing. AP, same thing.........out of USP products...just super cissus and powerful do little if anything for me.......let me say that again.....for me. it seems like there was always a lot of timing issues for me......i workout in the morning so to revolve my carbs around my supp intake was always a pain in the a$$.....and I'll say it once more for good measure.....for me this was the case.

If you are looking to specifically drop body-fat while gaining lean body mass, I would recommend Anabolic-Pump. Anabolic-Pump will keep you looking full and pumped all while shuttling nutrients to your muscle cells and inhibiting fat cell multiplication and storage!

You may want to look into stacking Anabolic-Pump with Recreate to complete the Six-Pack stack!

Prime/AP stack is just sick..recomp, muscle and strength gain, increased recovery..
All USP products are safe, non-hormonal, and require no PCT..
'Anabolic' (as in AP) simply means 'muscle tissue growth' (concurrent with fat loss optimally) -- anabolic does not necessarily mean 'hormonal' (as in AAS)..

Dropping BF while gaining lean muscle is what AP is designed to do.
Prime is a different beast..not saying it wouldn't be beneficial for your stack, but Casey was responding to your opening post, of which you seemed to want to know which would be more beneficial for your goals between the two.

today is my first day on AP. I woke up at 8am took 1 AP, at 8:20 i ate 1 cup of oats followed by my protein 40g protein with 1 banna. At 10 i had 4 large egg whites. whats the best time to take the 2nd AP? I go to the gym at about 7 7:30 pm

I would do another dose w/ lunch (noonish or 1p) and one w/ your preWO meal @530/600.

EDIT: if you're breaking in with 2/day, then just add one w/ preWO meal.

im taking 2/day this week then 3 after this week. it would be the same for my pre workout meal, take 1 waith 15-20 then eat?
 
last week was my first week on anabolic pump and i have to say that supp is bad ass!! well today i'll be taking 3 tablets. i already took one in the morning but when is the best time to take the 2nd and 3rd. should it be pre and post?

personally I feel preWO is a better spot for this, then one prior to your last meal of the day w/ carbs. try to spread them out a bit..if you're diet is such that you take in no more carbs following postWO nutrition, then roll with it there..
 
I just want to go on record as saying AP and Prime together is the way to go for fat loss.. do you want to lose fat only and gain muscle while you do it. Sure you do ... who wouldn't. One of the keys to burning fat is maintaining an anabolic environment. Let me tell nothing feels better than tearing it up at the gym while the fat is melting off!!! Might want to add some Powerfull too.
