Got my bottle!! is there anything you advise against taking with these. in particular fish oil, i know some say it is bad for hypertrophy. also how many times a week should we use this? thanks. and finally empty stomach, right before, 30 minutes before.
 
I think the only reason fish oil could really be bad for hypertrophy is if you take it preworkout and/or postworkout.
 
I dont really think it could be bad period. But better safe then sorry ya know. Plus i want to follow there protocol so i can get the most from trying this.

I don't know about that.....but like Rpen said avoid it pre and post-wo otherwise it is a staple supp.
