I've been back into lifting for about two months. Training is going well, however I need some advice on supplements. I am taking protein powder, BCAA's NOxplode, and jack3d. just started the noxplode will start the jack3d when it is gone. I need to know what are the must have supps that I am missing.

staples mate
fish oil, multi, vitamin D and magnesium
if looking for size, drop the jacked and no-explode crap and have some good old creatine mono or creatin ol phosphate
protein powder is only if not making the requirements for intake. It causes an insulin spike.
eat whole foods, no processed and refined crap.

lean protein, lots of greens and some fruit (preferrably berries and green apples), starch in the form of yams, sweet potato, squash, turnips, swede and some good fats like coconut oil,WHOLE EGGS, and the the fat from the grass fed meat and fowl and wild caught fish

Oh yeah, I will probably be on a low carb diet for the next three weeks. I already take a multi. I'm thinking of doing an EC stack. What benefits does fish oil have? I will probably add fruit to my diet after 3 weeks in protein smoothies.
I'm a little hesitant to eat starchy foods.

google and find out man...its a top priority supplement...

i know the jack3d or the noXplode might have beta alanine, but i'd get some Carnosyn BA just to be safe.

Solid post. Ultimately, overall macros will dictate body composition, not food sources.

Also, consider SNS Beta-alanine as a staple supplement to use along with creatine.
