Now diet ("If it walks, swims or flies...kill it and eat it" was an attempt at a little levity (adequate protein intake to re-synthesis tissue)but with out detailing too much:
Dan Duchane's Body Opus for first 14 days, dipping below 50 gm/dL of blood sugar with precise hourly gram/lbs. FF mass of liquid carbohydrate sources on day 7 and 14. Those two nights will suck sleep wise. (Don't have the book, it's a great read. Don't know who he is? Shame on you ;0) JK
After creating a metabolic "U-Turn" I will switch to weekly routine of 3d-1d-3d carb cycling based on my lean FF mass (determined by under water weighing). Can check this as often as I want at the college....graduate alumni perks I guess.
Depending on my strength/performance I will adjust carb load meals (last two meals of 4th day) up to replenish liver stores/super compensate muscle. Norm carb-load meal size is 200-300 gm starchy carb with less then 10 gm good fat (if possible) and under 20gm protein. Doing this for the next to and last meal of the night on Day 4.
Then it's back to less then 25-40 gm Active carbs for each day with the majority from good fats (70-75%) and remainder in protein. As my strength/power numbers go each training day, I will adjust as needed.
Now after reviewing a little of my stack (Monster Pump pre-workout mix) I will eliminate Monster Pump (dose it 1/2) as two forms of Stimulants are present in 17-diol and or use a non stimulated source such as Caffeine Free Fast Twitch and add a little MCT or fish oil for energy (on low carb days).
I hope that helps those that now how these active ingredients work and how I should use them. Methylated products have scared me in the past so I wanted a cycle protocol (days on 1 supplement, if to stack or cycle in another and the best PCT opinion.
Man the days of glanular base pro-hormonals are gone....I used to stack so much and had blood work done, no increase in Liver enzymes or negative results. I sure miss 1998-2001!
