Need help... what color are CEL Cycle Assist capsules

Long story short: wife combined an old bottle of cycle assist with an old bottle of epi and now I don't know which is which!

Guessing CEL = red/white EPI = white (want to say brand was lgi)

Bad news was taking 4/day for a week prior to getting blood work for life insurance... pretty sure it was the epi as chol was a bit elevated Good news found a bottle of erase in the cabinet!
