Hello everyone I am 21 years old and my calorie intake is around 3500 a day.
Im trying to lose about 20 pounds in the next month and half. About 2 years ago I was a college athlete(swimming) Since then ive gained a lot of muscle and fat. (Lifted consistantly for about a 2 years. 2 times a week on average.

Im going to start up my cardio swimming again and wanted to know if it was possible to reach my goal in a month an half

in the morning

1 hour swimming = 5,000 yards Hearrate 155-170 constant

afternoon

45 Minutes lifting 4X10 Full Body exercises

right after

1hour and half Swimming = 6,000 Yards HITT training

Ill be swimming Afternoons Everyday
Ill be swimming mornings 2 Times a week
Ill be lifting 3 Times a Week

After 2 weeks, im going to up my morning to 5 times a week and lifting to 4 times.

After that

Im going to sub out swimming completely since Im going home and lack access to a pool and start Mountain Biking for about 1 hour and half in the mornings for about 2 weeks.

At this time i want to hit my weight before I show up infront of people in a speedo again! this over the summer ill be working out 6-7 hours a day. I just need to hit this goal so im not embarassed.

Any suggestions

also added, back when i was swimming mornings and afternoon, i couldnt Gain 1 pound of weight cause i was burning so much, I was taking in about 7K calories a day( 2 years ago)

First of all, how heavy are you and what is your body fat? Whether you can lose this much weight/fat is dependent upon these numbers. 20 lbs in a month and half will be difficult to do without dropping a lot of muscle.

If your diet is in check, than all this activity can certainly help you lose about .5 bf% each week. By the end of your 1 1/2 months you could be 2.5% less in body fat. You should only be eating 300 calories below your overall maintenance level (keeping into consideration all of your swimming and lifting) if you want to keep that muscle on.
