I am currently trying to lose some weight and Iv done allot of research on eating healthy and exercise but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on any supplements I can take to help the proccess along a little bit. Im really worried about taking anything with possible side effects , so if anyone knows anything that has little side effects, even if it only helps a small bit, I woud be greatfull to hear it or any suggestions for that matter. Thanks in advance.

Sesamin is nice, but many report that it tampers with your libido. I felt a loss of libido when taking 2 grams per day in divided doses. Don't screw with thyroid tabs or anything that is an active thyroid hormone (t4,t3,t2). Honestly, just don't. Thyroid support and cortisol inhibitors such as Blaze by SAN and Lean Extreme by Designer Supps are really good and almost everyone who uses them notice good results and no bad sides (virtually). I love camphibolic by USP labs, Pyruvate (NOW Foods has a good deal) @ 9 grams a day, Blaze works well, I always use Fish Fats and Vigor, and I happen to love E-Form by Dermabolics when I cut. It is an anti-estrogen and I haven't gotten any bad sides from it and neither have anyone that I've read. It has amazing repartitioning properties, drains excess water weight, enhances libido and focus and is pretty cheap. All I think about after 2 weeks of being on it is lifting weights and banging chicks.

Green Tea is a good suggestion. I also suggestt Fish Oil and SesaThin, and once you get down low teens integrate some form of stim/thermogenic/appetite suppresant.

Perhaps look into some hoodia for the near term.

Dsade has a little something on the back burner that will really help as well. Im looking forward to its release!

What about SAN Tight? Does that work well and does it give jitters? Also, has anyone tried wulong tea for fat-burning? I find it a good diuretic, but I'm not sure about fat burning.

I agree, I would also suggest some tta or forsklin. I put them both in my shakes..

It's oolong tea. And it's better than green tea at raising metabolism.
Stick with it.

do you have a brand that you recommend?

Nutra Planet has the bulk powder on sale Invalid Link Removed

I wouldn't recommend the bulk GTE powder unless you are going to cap it - it's pretty bad on taste (at least IMO).

Its messy as can be to cap as well. You can find lean green for 7 bucks a bottle, and its stronger than most bulk powders Ive seen.

If you really want to get results, you need to use an ephedra product. There's still plenty available out there. If you're concerned about side effects, just go with a 10mg product. Just be sure to start off slow if you're sensitive to stimulants. If you don't want to use ephedra, try product like Lipo 6 or hydroxycut Hardcore that combines yohimbine and caffeine --- just cut your recommended dosage in half to begin with.

I'd look into Omega Sports B3urn3d (or maybe it's just burn3d). The active in that is also in Melting Point - which is on sale for $20 at Nutraplanet (a month's worth).

You could also consider Seasa-thin/Seasamin as far as non-stims.

I'm helping SNS with something that would be right up your alley. ;)

Can you tell us any more?

I need to lose at least 10 lbs and would prefer to lose 20 while keeping muscle mass and adding some extra. I am probably at approx 20 - 25% BF 210# and want to get down to say 195# and 15% BF. Problem is that I sit at a desk all day and have major sleep issues. I lift 3 days and try to get in a couple of cardio days depending on time and energy levels.

I have an average diet and when I caculate it on the FitDay site I'm usualyy running a negative 200+.

I know I could be more active if I slept better and I know how critical sleep is to muscle recovery and weight maintenance.

So I have to avoid stimulants (except for the occasional Chocolate binge!!). I find that i don't really feel much from them until I try to go to bed and then I'm wide awake.

I am currently looking at cotisol inhibitors and anti-e's but it would be nice to have a low level burner sitting in the system to bump it a little.

What info are you looking for?
On the new stuff we are working on - or on Burn3d??

I think if I were you, I'd go for Burn3d and some Powerfull. P'full seemed to have good recomp effects for me.

If budget is a worry - then just go with Burn3d.

You could always try Hydroxycut Caffeine Free. I've heard that works pretty well for people that are a little sensitive to stims.
