Need a solid Supp stack and additional info

Hey guys,

Kinda new to the forums, but after reading quite a bit i thought i make a thread. Ive been lifting for about 3-4 years now. Originally got into weight training in wrestling during 9th grade. I peaked weight wise at 225 and around 30% body fat and didn't like it at all. Ive been training hard and since then been working at The Vitamin Shoppe and am now a manager. I weight about 195 now and am estimating my BF at 18% or so. I have some pretty descent supp knowledge but wanted to come to you guys for some advise.

Basically i need a solid stack to keep my mass and shred off some unwanted BF, I am 19 and turning 20 in the next couple months and am 5'8" maybe a bit less.

I'm open to any and all ideas, thanks for any advise :)

Right now i have:
ON whey stawberry banana
Elite XT banana nut :) yumm
Daa Pure - on day 2
Jet fuse
No- explode
Anabolic switch
Kre Alklyn
ON casein chocolate
Cyto carb for Post occasionally
Taurine
Alpha lipoic acid 300mg
B complex
Cla
Flax seed oil
Fish oil
chromium
Green tea

That's all i can think of right now. You acquire alot of supps working at VS :P

Congrats on your fat-loss so far, bro. As far as your plan, first thing is first and that's perfecting your nutrition. Learning about maintenance cals and all the macros was the best decision I ever made (no joke).

As far as the supps you've got listed, the CLA and Green Tea extract will both be nice additions for some fat burning. The ALA will help with digestion at meals. I wouldn't worry too much about using DAA at age 19 (your natural test levels should be through the roof -- I also never noticed a lick of benefit when using test boosters when I was younger and didn't know any better). Just make sure you're looking at the calories and macros of the proteins and other products you're using.

In addition to that ALA, you could look into some Need2Slin to help push nutrients into muscle instead of fat -- helping with a bit of a recomp affect.

I keep my protein intake around 200+ grams a day but i dont really watch my carbs. Between work and school it gets hard. I also rescently hurt my shoulder doing dumbell shoulder presses to heavy (90's) i got 12 reps but felt horrible afterwards. so I'm in a bit of a rotator cuff rehab right now : /

As far as the DAA i have researched it a lot and it was actually given to me so id figure id give it a shot. My issue is i put on fat really easily, But atleast i can see my abs :)

ill try and post a pic when i get home later

Edit: Man that need2slin is a little expensive for my taste :/

Monitoring your carbs, as well as overall calories and other macro percentages is going to make all the difference in the world, bro.

I guarantee you do that and you can do it without any supplements for that matter and you'll see tons of success.

And the DAA isn't going to hurt you, but there's no sense in using it. If you're anything like me and most other guys, at 19, you've got high test and you're too horny as it is lol, so DAA doesn't benefit you.

Anything I could use to cut fat more effectively?

There are plenty of other things you could add in or use, but at the end of the day, it still comes down to cals in vs. cals out, so you're just throwing products at a problem if you don't have the nutritional plan of attack.

I'm speaking from experience, too. Through out all of college, I'd take fatburners, run more, etc. and I didn't make half the progress I did when I took the time to learn macros, nutrition and putting it all into place when I was in the end of grad school.

never used kre alkyn but i use

you said you dont watch carbs? how about starting there, and whats your cardio like? if you can't do it without supps you're not gonna do it with them. supplements are called supplements, they are made to supplement your current training and diet, they are not called sustenance for a reason! try running when you wake up before eating and only eat carbs before and after weights. other than that only chicken, fish, and steamed veggies, with dry salads. you'll get your carbs from the veggies. no juices, keep fruits to a minimal, NO DAIRY!!! the weight will fall off! you shouldn;t lose any muscle in fact you may gain more strength.

My problem is that I live at home and my parents eat like **** lolJust chicken and fish and veggies? And why no dairy?Any tips for time saving when prepping food? Thanks
