Good stuff. I cook up about a week's worth of chicken at a time too. It's the easiest way for me to eat clean meals often.
 
I poop you not, but a member or member(ssss) on here, have admitted to eating raw ground meat for the sake of time and even flavor preference.

okay, so i didn't get to work out this morning, but i did pop one of my sample packets of muscle pharms shred matrix...and it's freaking awesome. i've got great energy, i'm in an extremely great mood and i feel like doing jumping jacks....



i also got some samples of x-dreams in the mail last night from ak and i gotta say...that stuff is very good. i tried to do it sublingually but it didn't work for me (i seem to have a problem with sublingual stuff) so i ended up swallowing the powder and i was out hard withing 30 minutes. I fell asleep with the t.v. on which never happens....

i got almsot 12 hours of sleep on it (i forgot to set an alarm clock) before my mom woke me up for class (that's why i missed my workout)

anyway, x-dreams will definitely be on my next order.




anyway, i'm in the best mood i've been in since i was still engaged....i'm hoping the crash isn't too extreme.
 
Yummy.....I like certain cuts of steak almost raw and burgers etc...and I love sushi....:lick:

I like my steak to moo when I cut into it too, but not ground beef!! I once attempted to cook ground beef maybe medium rare and it turned out chewy and incredibly false tasting.

I love Sushi, tambien.

Glad you got some sleep...I tell you what the second I am done with exams I am gonna sleep soooooo much. Even though I am not stressed it still effects me in subtle ways..

Just finished my last day of actual class. Two exams down so far and got three more next week. Unfortunately I have one next friday...and that feels forever far away at the moment :lol:
 
wait till college exams, it's a whole new ball game. Next week is dead week for me and then I have 3 exams the following week and I am done!

Dead week? Is that like where you get the whole week off to just study?

Me too! I like my steaks rare to medium rare, depending on the cut. And I *LOVE* sushi. But raw ground beef?? Pardon me while I go barf.
 
dead week is where you get an entire week off to study. some schools do it, some don't...mine happens to be one that doesn't.

my exams are next week. nothing hard though...only thing that should be stressful is my finite, anatomy, sign language, and speech exams are all on the same day...
 
cooking is easy. set the stove top setting to 4 or 5. put two chicken breasts on the pan, baste them with olive oil. lightly salt, and add either garlic powder or lemon pepper. leave alone for 10 minutes while you take a shower. finish shower, wrap towel around yourself, go to kitchen, flip chicken breasts over. return to room, change, come back and your dinner is ready :)

that's more than i use...i just throw some olive oil on the pan throw the partially frozen chicken in and cover it...the fluid from being frozen keeps it tender and moist the olive oil keeps it from sticking.

lol. what i'm trying to say is that if you find the right temperature to cook with, you don't have to be over the stove for very long. the crock pot is another thing you can leave alone for hours and it turns out fine.

when i was cooking fancy (chicken breasts flattened out stuffed with goat cheese and olives), i'd be stuck in the kitchen forever. that's only for special occasions now :)

sometimes i just throw all my weeks veggies and chicken and meat in the sme pan, and throw it in the oven for a few hours...

that's a great way to go too. make sure when you take everything out, you add just a little chicken or vegetable broth (low sodium) on to the pan and scrape out everything that stuck to the pan - it makes a spectacular gravy :)

^ I wanted to go up to 65's but this group of teenagers was playing with them.

There was some lady there, doing smith machine squats, talking on the cell phone with the other hand in her pocket. It made me sick. I have never ever wanted to go out of my way to bxtch any stranger out in my life but it took all I had to refrain from doing it tonight. She later went and did leg presses talking on the cell phone...

It still pisses me off to think about it.

Ya man what a fuking joke...that sh!t annoys the fk outta me...come on we are trying to lift...reminds me of this lady fairly skinny not real good looking comes to my sons school to drop her kid off and she works out but she wears these sleezy azz workout clothes to school annoys the **** outta me..she's walking around like all that an these are a bunch of 3 - 6 yr old kids that are seeing her like this too...stupid biattttttchhhhhhh....rant over sorry Natty don't mean to jack up your thread....
 
Man, I almost broke this kid's cellphone over his head the other day!! This ****ing kid picks up his phone in the middle of a set and starts walking around the floor in circles, pacing back and forth, the whole time having a LOUD ASS conversation about absolutely nothing. Gossiping. Just shooting the ****. I kept staring at him, then I started yelling at him to get off the phone, but he was so into his conversation that he didn't even hear me! I told my gf "I'm gonna go break his phone over his head." So I stood up from whatever exercise I was doing and started walking over to him, but my gf, knowing I would really do it, ran over to him and asked him to take the conversation somewhere else before I could get to him. True story!! I was seriously gonna do it. Man, I ****ing HATE that ****!!
 
well guys, i've been playing with around with an "extreme natty t-boost" stack.

this is what i'm kind of leaning towards

animal test-21 days-run alone
animal test+animal stak-21 days run together
animal stak+t-911-21 days run together
regular tribex decreasing dosage to "ease" off the boosters.
one month off.

I may wait untill they have anadraulic state ready here and run it through the entire cycle. what do ya'll think?
 
anyone have any suggestions for an A.I./ Serm product?

i'm thinking about Androstenetrione but it's much stronger than i'm wanting..
 
k i just realized the only portion of that stack that will be going a.i. free will be the stand alone animal test part.


any opinions on adding stoked! to the mix for a serm?
 
hokay, I would put some consideration towards sustain alpha then, it is transdermal revertasol (think I spelled that right) which I believe is a natural serm, antioxidant and test booster, It has another ingredient that is also useful, I cant really remember it all right now, but it is suppost to be great for upping test and decreasing est.
 
Stoked! is supposed to be pretty good, I got a bottle on deck right now. I also want to try T911 though, it has had a ton of great reviews.

Oh and the workout looks good Natty!! Glad to see that your hittin the weights again!
 
Correct me if I'm wrong but would you be able to use Arom-X as an AI?? Of course I copied and pasted this....What about also Reversitol?? Would that be a good Serm for you just throwing out some suggestions...I am still pretty new to all this talk about stacks cycles etc....but have learned a lot.....
