napalm: 12 weeks to WPC Worlds...ya, really...

how tall are you? 3 inches would be at my nips if standing straight.

I'm not walking it out either, less chance of screwing up the Achilles that way...

I'm 5'8"

In KY, I used the lowest setting, and at Lexen I was up maybe three or four holes. I'd much rather unrack it further than have to worry about hitting the racks.

X2

I really like the height lower than higher personally. That way when I tighten my core, and squeeze my and use the hips to get it out it keeps my lower back in a very protected position.

Don't think I'm in any position to even talk about squats, but It's easier for me at chest level

This doc I work with that's into the homeopathic stuff have me this gel to smear all over my Achilles. It's called tendon rescue.

Don't bother looking up the ingredients because none of us has ever heard of them...

Yup that's homeopathy. Can't hurt to try

Smoker, he knows what's happening, he's just not on the computer because he's watching the game without multitasking. Watching a game without multitasking is a lost art.

Hey I'm tri tasking. On the phone, making hamburger helper, watching the game, and then hopefully study before I pass out

Let's not get too carried away here, keep your foot on their throat.

5-0

Fister is a contact guy. Still it was good see they didn't waste an opportunity. Took full advantage. Keep tacking on and hold em

2-2. Game 5 is a must for the tigers. Goood to see the bats come alive. But I called a prince homer and it didn't happen. Wtf! My predictions have been off recently

Got the team USA sweats today, really good quality.

Pics later...

Now that is freaking cool. USA! USA! Now you just have to beat the damn commies. I mean Soviets. I mean Russians.

Got some good work in today, did my bench opener 5 times working on the pause and the rack command. Uniforms:

Man, Sanchez ain't got it tonight.

Big day tomorrow: testing the Achilles in game conditions...

Only the 5th. 4 runs isn't that bad. And if they lose, you still got scherzer then verlander. That's pretty good

Twenty-two hours and forty-four minutes after you said Game Five was a "must win for the Tigers."

You have to adapt and think positive. Was it ideal to go to Boston with a game to play with ( meaning not must win) Hell yea. But just cause your down 3-2 you can't give up. And game 5 isn't over yet

Not when Sanchez throws 50 footers to score Napoli from third and serves him up gopher balls that travel 470 feet. I don't think miggy has hit one where Napoli did. As soon as it left the bat I said 'oh my...'

Yea it was a shot, but miggy is a far better player, still better even when hurt I'd say. Fielder has to do something, he is doing absolutely nothing.

Lets see if scherzer can repeat his game 2 performance

Blech, 88%

This was a bit of a grind, but it was faster than I thought after watching the tape. If I got down , it was barely. I treated warmups like a meet, triples up to 225, then singles of 275, 315, 335 then 360. Achilles bothered me about half the reps. Had to fight to keep my chest up. It's been 12 days since I squatted giving my Achilles a break and it showed .

I think I have to start planning to go less than 407 depending on bar speed of my second. My pr is 375, 15 lbs more than today. I'm fairly sure I got that covered, but by how much I don't know.

The post below is 375 from nats.

You took twelve days off of squatting. That's what happens when you don't practice. Don't freak out on me, man! I had the same thing happen to me for my meet. Two weeks off of squatting anything over 225. Squatted 315 two days out and it was rough. Squatted 385 the next day and it was a little easier. Next day: 35lb PR.

Lol, I'm not at the freak out stage yet, but I'm close. I have to do some work next week, but not so much I aggregate my Achilles too much. Maybe work on depth to like 315.

Fck my body...
