I respect the fact that you keep battling through injuries and setbacks. Most people would give it up, not napalm tho.

I had Achilles tendinitis at one point. It was horrible first thing in the mornings but once warmed up it was tolerable. Doc had me wrap an ace bandage around the upper portion of my foot (toward the toes) and then wrap it around my leg, above the knee, pulling the upper portion of the foot toward the shin and sleep like that. It kept the tendon in its stretched position throughout the night so that it wasn't all balled up when I woke. It helped but sleeping like that sucks.

He's like Dave Tate, just older
Good looking buddy
Still moved well, man. Now take us through your bench attempts one more time?
Looks and muscle ey?
Hey now, let's leave the gay out of my thread...
Party Pooper. Your benching is gonna be smooth in the meet dude
I think Sean may have to unsub.Hey now, let's leave the gay out of my thread...
Thanks Sean I threw this together in about 2 1/2 months. Just think if I could bench?
Well, if 275 is the number than 233, 254, 275. Wendlers .85 for the first, .925 for the second has served me well.
Full disclosure: today wasn't a stellar day. I wasn't feeling too good, but gave it a run any way.
Well Napalm, you are pretty much invincible/immortal.
That's a good plan. And it's like my explosive squats yesterday and Toro's heavy squats from a couple weeks ago: It doesn't much matter if it feels like ****, if the tape says it was fast, then it was fast.
My warmups at a meet always feel like ****...
Same. My first meet we were deadlifting and I hit 425 slow as molasses in the W/U room (with 475 being my first attempt) and I'm thinking "I'm going to look like an a$$hole in front of everybody." Smoked all three. Same with my benches and deadlifts in this meet. I failed with my opener in the warmup room about 10min before I got on the platform for my first attempt. Smoked that too.
Justin better have a good game today...
I expect a high scoring game actually. Should be interesting
Your baseball knowledge = your football knowledge...

Leyland takes a lot of heat around here for his sticking w veterans, Donny Kelly baby (DKB!), not sitting Cabrera when he got hurt and crap like that. I think he's a great manager who got us to the alcs for the third yr in a row...I'm pullin' for Leyland to take it all from here. Verlander was pretty near perfect again

we have a long long history w the cards...Yeah, before Hurdle, Leyland was the last guy to skipper the Pirates to a winning season. I would be fine seeing the Cards and the Tigers, Wainright vs Verlander
Hey, whatever happened to Alan Trammel, Jack Morris, Lou Whitaker, Walt Terrell, Darrell Evans and Frank Tanana? Did I miss something?
There's a lot of travesties as far as the HOF is concerned (see Dale Murphy). Seems like so many guys get close in their first couple of years of eligibility and then it just goes downhill. I don't like that writers that never played the game have such an influence over who makes it. If you could never hit a 90mph slider, your ass doesn't deserve an opinion.Only about 25 yrs. Lou and tram not in the hof is a crime. Morris will never get in because the writers hate him. Tram was a disaster as tigers manager...

Why wouldn't Sandman get a unanimous vote??? I don't see any absurdity in that, whatsoever. He deserves a seat in the HOF, regardless of where he played. The dude was basically lights out for close to 20 years and is the all-time leader in saves, and has a career E.R.A. Below 2.50. He's a shoe-in.Too political. I bet Rivera won't get a unanimous vote, which is absurd.

Pretty sure that had to do with race issues back then. Anyone who voted against allowing Rivera in would be drawn and quartered.Hank Aaron wasn't unanimous. I'm just saying, there's always gonna be 1 or 2 who won't vote for him

How to beat the cardinals: don't ****ing pitch to Beltran.
You'd think someone might get that idea eventually
We figured it out, but then other guys started crushing us.
