Man when I was doing keto I was usually under 25g haha. First few days were hell but after a week or so even the day after a 400g refeed I was feeling fine. It's amazing how your body can adjust

Guess I'm lucky I can cut on 250-300. I've been debating carb cycling or a keto approach. That will have to wait a few months though

Today ended up being a disaster training and diet wise. Severe lack of sleep, 3 hour flight, and a very important conference call definitely took everything out of me. Took a few hour nap but still feeling completely worn out.

I've hit the gym 4 days in a row before today, so I'm sure my body needed the rest as well. Goal is to be back on track tomorrow.

Today's legs so hoping to push a little more weight than last week. Tried to upload a picture of the Cuban Flank Steak last night, but wouldn't let me :(. I will say though, it was the BEST steak I ever ate! I'm pretty happy with the weight loss considering how the travel schedule messed me up. Gotta love Pyroxamine!

Felt great. Could have got 405 at least 2 more reps but back tightened up from deads. Definitely noticing the endurance boosting effects of Magnitropin as no pre-workout was taken today. Been a rough weekend to say the least...

I'd be more disappointed with this if I didn't feel I was losing body fat. Definitely noticing that I'm leaning out and given the current macros I'm at, normally I would be losing weight. Strength is definitely going up, libido is skyrocketing (borderline annoying), and endurance continues to increase.
