I have been following your thread but have not made any comments yet. Your progress is impressive and it sounds like the intensity and focus you are getting in the gym are tremendous. I am glad to hear that this is working for you and I am seriously starting to consider running this about 4 weeks after I finish this PCT I am on, for a run of SPAWN. I have 1 week of PCT left.

Keep it up, I will be watching till the end.

I haven't done my maxes at all since I feel a) its a day lost on my regular routine while i'm on this stuff and b) because I don't normally have a lifting partner and im scared to go that heavy without someone to spot me... gym staff spotters always suck and never let you get that last rep by yourself. to be precise, I have 17 days left at 3 caps/day... my third week started this monday. cali, how was spawn? i read some logs that it is pretty harsh stuff. good gains though? i have a friend on epistane that i think wants to try spawn. do you have a log? also, I think you should wait a month after pct to let your liver rest up a bit. if i try new stuff thats what im gonna do :-)

You might want to give your body a bit more of a time to rest than just a month after PCT... from the test levels a lot of people have been at running these designers, including myself, I am starting to see that 1 month isn't much as far as testosterone recovery.
 
End of Day 19
This week has been super messed up with exams coming up on monday and wednesday, and the bad gym hours because of the holidays. So, I was supposed to do shoulders on thursday and I only did cardio and abs, and I was supposed to do legs yesterday and i only got to do squats and leg press. That being said, I have felt good. I am feeling like a fat a-hole for eating so much, and I'm getting sefl concious because I need to workout and havent been able to. I bet I weigh about 184 now butI wont have a real update for you until Monday. I just wanted to chck in and say that the bottle still has quite a bit left and i'm anxious for every second of it. I will also be getting a 240 cap bottle of drive and a 110 cap bottle of rpm in the mail tomorrow. Any suggestions on dosage and time to take it? later!

Dosing/Timing for Aaron:

Drive
Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 3 caps first thing in the morning*
Dose 2 - 3 caps 60-80 minutes pre-resistance training (i.e. with RPM dose)
Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 3 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 3 caps 6-8 hours post Dose-1
* On reistance trainng days, if you train first thing in the morning, then dose 3 caps 60 min pre-gym (if you can) and have your second dose 6-8 hours later.

RPM
Resistance Training Days
Dose - 2-3 caps 60-80 minutes pre-resistance training (I would start with 2 caps to assess tolerance, and then go to 3 caps if ok)
Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose - 1-2 caps once daily (most often dosed first thing in the morning, but whenever you like, really; and this is OPTIONAL).

Run each for 8-12 weeks and then take 2-4 weeks break.

Spawn was HARSH!! Man oh man... I got really really sick, flu like symptoms, about a week into it. Took me 2 days to recover and decided to stick it out and work through it. I continued the cycle and felt MUCH better after 2 days. Had some great strength gains in week 2 and was shut down by the end of that week. Week 3 and 4 where nothing short of amazing! I gained about 13 lbs. the last 2 weeks and a total of 17 in 4 weeks. For PCT I ran Clomid at 125/100/50/50 I was soooo shut down that I don't think my PCT was good enough to restart me fast enough to keep my gains. I lost all but about 5 lbs. The appetite with SPAWN was CRAZY!! I could not get enough food in me. My diet is cleaner than anybody I have ever met and I put on about 2% BF during that 4 weeks. I just had such a huge excess of calories that even though it was all clean I still gained some BF. I would definitely wait atleast another month before going on another PH.

How is your appetite on The ONE? I want something that is not going to screw with my appetite like SPAWN did all cause like I said I know how to control my diet and it is really clean, so I have no problems getting the macros I need on my own.

My diet with TO is surprisingly normal. I eat clean as hell except for one cheat meal a week and I never have that crazy appetite. I feel a lot like sometimes i'm eating because I think i'm supposed to... not becuase i'm hungry. I am actually pretty disappointed about this because at least if i felt hungry, I wouldnt feel so gross after eating a big meal. I dont know what my BF is but I fel like it must have increased slightly
 
I didn't, by any means, intend to undermine Dirk's training methods. We all know the guys' credentials. Now that I re-read this post I seem like a **** telling u what to do. I was just suggesting a routine. It's what worked best for me and I hope it's worked well for you but everyone's different.

Its all good man. I actually liked what you gave me because I wanted isolation exercises and I thought hang cleans were a good power lift to incorporate. you did right by me lol

on another note, I havent gone to the gym seriously since wednesday and probably wont get to until wednesday or thursday. This is a serious hiccup in my training but I need every second I can... I had a microbio exam today, and have a biochem exam on wednesday, a presentation on bisphenol a on thursday and a paper due next wednesday... unfortunately 2 hours to lift doesnt fit in. so as you could guess, i feel like a fatty today. this morning i weighed 184 (+10) but thursday i was 180 and i havent been lifting that much. my energy and appetite were definitely up today. i also had drive and rpm come in the mail and i took my first drive serving tonite... pix to come tomorrow.. cheers!

Honestly, I don't think your % BF has gone up at all, Aaron. Seeing abs better when you're flexing (and when not). A little more size in upper body as well.

As for the milk thistle, you don't need to stress, since you'll be starting on 2nd GEAR (and that has milk thistle in it) for PCT in a week.
 
I'm not actually starting 2nd Gear until the 27th... what do you think?

You should be fine not using any until then. Unless you think that you really couldn't do without.

I was able to push myself really hard yesterday. maybe it was the added effect of drive... I have been taking it since sunday night. btw, my drive smells so weird. almost like fish food. what is that smell? is it normal? and some surprising news today, this morning I weighed 178.5... wtf! how could I have dropped that much? I didn't eat a ton of food yesterday but there's no way my 184lb max was solid muscle if it dropped off in only a few days. I'm sad :-(

Drive may be starting to kick in yes (although 7 days is when it does, not 5). And yes, it smells a little (most probably from the Icariin), but not like fish; and it's normal.

If you've dropped that much, then no THOSE particular lb were not muscle mass gains, just lean body mass gains (i.e. water, glycogen, food, etc.) And not eating a lot will do that. However the gains you HAVE retained should be muscle mass.
 
whats going on man, been lurking around your log for a couple weeks now, just wanted to say nicely done on your gains. definitely looks like youre putting on some nice mass in your upper body. keep up the good work!!

Day 27:
So today was a sick workout. It was shoulders and damn did I got hard. I even went as far as to superset some exercises because I wanted more intensity. I never do that haha! but I was doing a lot of abs in between other exercises that I could superset with each other! It was freakin amazing. I had so much energy and pump. And the best part is that my ipod died in the middle of my workout and I was still able to push myself. This is great especially in stark contrast to yesterday's back and bis day. I was so lethargic and unmotivated. I dont know what the hell was wrong with me. I suppose everyone has those days. I dead lifted and did a couple of lat pull downs and then went straight to bis and left. I couldnt take it. But today was another story. I've been on drive for 5 days now. I think its kind of helping my attitude when I lift but i bet when it hits day 7 it will be even better. I'm only taking 3 caps/day though because saving that 4th cap will let me be on it for so much longer. I work out at night so is 1 in the morning and 2 pre workout good? and guejsn, if my lean gains brought me from 174 up to 178 and I can only expect to keep 75% of my gains, then does that mean that under a clean diet, I will have gained 3 lbs on this product? thats a little upsetting considering dirk talking about 10 lbs of solid gains that stay with you post cycle

First, it's Rosie.

Second, there is no reason why you cannot keep ALL your gains during PCT, and even ADD to them!

Last, gains WILL vary between individual to individual, and DO depend on their nutrition and training regime (>>>the Right Way To Gain 10-15lbs In 15 Days With The One!!!<<< gave specific directions on HOW to do this). Remember also that if you've gained 4lb, but are leaner, then you have gained more than you think you have (because you have lost bodyfat).
 
You're doing good Salty! I know pounds on scale make a difference, but no matter what the scale says you've grown in lean mass and strength. That's the important thing! The fact that you're going to the gym on your fatigued days is good also. You're getting it done, and this proves you are dedicated to this log and TO.
 
HEY GUYS! So its wed night and that means today was day 34!! Im glad i didnt take 4 caps because I loved being on this for 5 weeks instead of under a month. Its my last week on TO :-( Im really sad becasue the gains have been great an the vascularity is sick. I actually think i see some striations on my shoulders when im holding heavy dumbells haha! needless to say (but i will anyway) I am very satisfied with this product and how it has treated me. I went into today's workout with 2 caps of drive and 2 of rpm as well as today's TO. It was a great workout. I barely even rested because of how much energy I had. I supersetted as much as I could just to get the most of the way I felt. Plus, I drank a little last night for my roomates b-day and I had to work off some of those friggin calories. I will do pix again tomorrow but I am nervous my stomach wont be so good lol. I just wanted also to say that my nuts shrank a little. Theyre like a squirrel's. I dont mind because drive and 2nd gear will help this but I thought I would make note of it. Also, no hairloss or added acne. I already get pimples but I dont have more than usual.

I also wanted to let you guys know that I am considering a cutting cycle just for summer. I dont know if i need to make a new thread on this or not but maybe you guys want to give me input. depending on the source, i might want to do ECA or clen (could I do RPM instead of caffeine in an ECA? that would be sick!). the two active ingredients are not easy to come by so I have trust issues with websites selling this stuff. actually, if anyone wants to PM me about that, I would much appreciate it. I havent even begun to construct a schedule or cycle for it because Im not sure if I can get it but is this a good idea? should it wait until after2nd gear? I found a purple liquid clen online... is that good? cheers untiil tomorrow!

Great that you loved your gains (will you be doing a final review on The ONE?) As I mentioned earlier, there is no reason why you cannot KEEP them. And vascularity can be maintained easy enough through using the right supplements and statying lean (although it means nothing in terms of quality training).

As for your summer cycle. Finish your PCT for The ONE FIRST (PCT recommended as 5-10 weeks). Once you've finished PCT (i.e. 2nd GEAR), then wait a minimum of another MONTH before using another hormonal product!
 
Ok here they are! this is after 4 weeks ad 2 days on The One. The comparison of these and the thirst pix (or the 2nd pix because they are a better angle) are nothing short of amazing. The only thing though is just to keep in mind that the pix were taken from a light above and in front of me so the pix look slightly better than in daylight.

Rosie, would you consider ephedra or clen as hormonal? I thought they just downregulae b2 receptors. I wasnt talking about another ph right away, just something for cutting. and what do you think of the E,RPM,A stack?

Looks good man, seems like every week you had an increase! You should really wait before starting another PH right away. It's a good idea to get your body back in check, and most of your stats back to norm. PH's tend to take a toll on your system. Just bust ass on your PCT and you'll be fine!

rosie said the same thing but are ephedrine and clen considered ph's? i didnt think it was and thats why i thought it was safe.
 
they aren't hormonal, but you do want to at least wait till end of PCT to start them in my opinion. keep calories high during pct to maintain gains, and figure out if your maintenance is higher than before. Then after that go into a cut, either clen or ephedrine are fine.

As Eric said, they are not hormonal. But I would still wait until AFTER PCT at LEAST.

I personally have never used the ECA stack, so cannot comment on how RPM would fit in place of the caffeine. RPM, although it contains caffeine, cannot be compared to caffeine, since it doesn't give the same effects. If you're cutting, then RPM would be fine enough on its own (as long as your diet was in check), IMO.
 
day 32?? I calculated I would have about 36 days on TO at 3 pills but I have 4 more days left. did I calculate wrong with my count of days or of what day I'm on? I thought it was supposed to be day 34 lol. Anyway, WOW today at the gym was great. as usual I procrastinated going and I actually almost fell asleep before I went but As soon as I did my first warm up for dead lifts, I was ALIVE. My pump was sick. I felt great all around. I ran out of time at the end so instead of doing 3 bicep exercises, I dropsetted the second exercise and I couldnt feel my arms. it was almost too hard to bend my arms to put the phone to my head haha! good stuff lol. My weight this morning was 186.5 (+12.5!!!!) I tried on a shirt today at the mall and it was after a big meal so when I took it off, I looked so freakin bloated in the mirror but I dont mind cuz I could suck it in haha. Im very happy about how today went. I also saw some veins popping a little in the front of my shoulder... new and exciting veins!

as for the cutting supp... easy, I've been reading that clen is a thermogenic compound with some really good anti-catabolic effects. I know its putting a lot of stress on my body but what if I used it with pct or started it with the last 2 weeks of pct? I feel like the anti catabolic effects are perfect to maintain my gains while melting some of the bf% what do you think?
 
the anticatabolic effects are great if you are a rat, not so much if you are human :) the broscience on that one comes from 1 study done on rats with 3rd degree burns, and nothing like it has been duplicated in humans. Granted that your gains werent huge, but still better to give it time to solidify and your hormone levels to return to normal before putting more stress on your body

So here it is... a wild 5 week ride comes to an end... I am up 12 solid pounds from when I started this compund and every single lift of mine is up. My acne did not get worse, I grew no extra body hair, and I have not gone bald. The gains are SOLID. I really didnt retain a lot of water weight at all. On the down side, I had some dysfunction with the little guy but it was only twice, and I get to do it a lot, so the percentage of ED incidence was low. I feel stronger and my gf say I look great. Shrinkage occured but its not a big deal because they will come back. Today I took pix and then took my first second gear cap. I also have been on Drive and RPM for a week and a half to help with Test recovery. So the pix you will see are really up to date. Take a look at the comparison! I will definitely made good advances. I feel that I will be using this product again in the future. I have also recomended it to a bunch of friends. Tell me what you think!!

The second pic shows a big difference from initially re ab definition (coming out more), chest is slightly wider and leaner, and arms look leaner. Triceps blew up since the last pics (re flexed pic).

Hey how's your PCT going? Last I heard you were still holding onto your gains. I've talked with a few others and they say that they've actually increased more size and strength while on 2ND Gear. Anything you're doing that you feel is making a difference? I start mine on Wednesday, and I'm anxious for my last 2 workouts on "THE ONE". They just seem to be getting better and better.

These logs are upsetting.. I appreciate them so thank you... but whats going on lets say two months after the cycle....are the gains still there or have they withered away... yes its only april so I will try to PM the OP and humbly, respectfully ask how's he doing,,,

I went to the doctor 3 days ago and had him specifically check me for gyno because I was paranoid about it. I am 100% fine. Also, the shrinkage is gone too. I really am loving this product. I will buy It again as soon as I can cycle back on!!

Your gains are sick !!! you look so much bigger and leaner stuff what your scales say its the pics that matter...

You have so much more definition in your abs you can see your six pack and your arms shoulders and chest look so much bigger well done my friend.

Thanks for following me on this! This was my first ph. I was considering epistane because my friend reccomended it but i wanted more mass than what epistane is used for. plus i listen to superhuman radio and the show about it sold me. I would def reccomend stacking rpm... the lethargy toward the end was pretty rough. then again, i did 5 weeks on 3 caps. i will do it again soon but i want to do 4 caps for 4 weeks. also, take something for sex drive.. there were 2 times that i had trouble getting it up and sometimes i felt turned off. that wasnt until the 4th week. as a first time user to another i would reccomend it. i am not that sensitive to stimulants so i didnt really feel that sense of energy and aggression that others did but i loved every second of it. and prepare to sweat lol

You wouldn't need to do 4 caps/day (and if you DID, not for the entire 4 weeks).

nice thanks for your feedback one more thing i can see from your pics you have lost bodyfat how much bodyfat do you feel you have lost ????

its great to see you have gained muscle and lost bodyfat !!!
 
i felt i lost a pretty good deal. for me, the thermogenic qualities of TO were pretty strong and I was always hot. but cant really say in terms of percentage. unfortunatley i lost some of my gains because Of not being able to lift that much during finals and my birthday. im 21 now so you can imagine what that whole week was like lol

I definitely will . .unfortunately I'll be delayed by a day or two though since my order of the one was missing the seal on the bottle. I hope they can get me another bottle by tomorrow.

Re the seal, make sure that you contact AN directly ([email protected]) and they will sort the issue out for you.
