my supposed X.tren cycle

If i lose my fear to use X-tren I'll do a cycle of it in the next month.
Actually i'm training a lot, but i'm drinking 3-4 days/week and I don't have a good recovery.
if I start to use I obviously cut drinking and increase my recovery time.
Actually i'm
75 kg @ 9-11% BF, squat 120 x 3, bench 95 x 2, dead 130 x 3
i'm planning to do this "pre-cycle"
NAC 1200. green tea 400mg. garlic 4-5 caps. and i'm thinking to put in some Bromocriptine. what do U think?

my cycle willbe:
x-tren 60 mg x 1 week
x-tren 90 mg x 3-4 week
nac 600 mg o 1200
green tea 800 mg
garlic (A lot)
bromocriptine 0.25 (lower dosis)
B6: 250 mg
Vitamin and minerals
omega3-6-9: 6 gr totals

my training will be "strength oriented" and i put in same sprint (2days high intensity 2 day low intensity).
squat/bench/military press 3 days a week with 5-6 x 3-5 reps at 81-90% 1RM
other 2 days with complementary works

my diet is:
250-300 pro
750 Carbo
60-90 good FAt
at least 500 gr of vegetable.

PCT clomid.

what do you think? I have to make same change?
my doubt is about:
blood pressure
hair loss (green tea is not protective over progestinic, right?)
the life in the last month (not perfect, a lot of stress, some alchool, and so on, but i want to change it)

I would suggest to keep training naturally cause your very small and your stats are not so great either. With hard work,diet, and dedication you could gain 10-18 pounds of muscle in a year.
 
my stats are not great but i see people run heavy cycle with worste body.
I'm small (165 pounds, 75 kg on 1.76 cm) but i'm very lean and my strenght is not so bad, extimated maximal will be
130/135 kg of squat
100 of bench
140-150 of dead

I go to think about your advice, but, if I want to start it, you think the cycle is good planned?
 
The cycle seems fine IMO. But I recommend the same as the above poster.

so you think is to early for me a cycle? even a light one?
 
Dude to tell you the truth i think you will be fine... I'm about to run the same cycle in a month after my pink magic runs out and I'm 5'10" (on a good day) and 175. but you're not that small, just lean like you said. But you should be fine man. Do it and let me know how it goes!

i was gonna comment how hes got abs drinking alcohol 3-4x a week.

idk. If i were eating almost 5000 calories and drinking I would start growing with fat "Akira" style.

i don't eat NOW a lot of Kcal. Now i eat approx 3500 kcal and I sprint a lot.
my training is about 5 sprint session, 3 tempo run and 2 pure sprint. and 3 weight session.
i eat a super clean 3500 diet. and same day less than 3000.
i did some month drinking (some day 2 beer, same day 2 ****tail) but now i reduced it and 2 weeks before the cycle I stopped it totally (i don't drink a ml of alchool).
I want to start to eat 5000 (but i don't think i can do it every day because my stomach is not get used to) in the second weeks of my cycle and to put some mass.
i reduce my sprint (4 a week) and increase my weight training.
I go to put my supposed training.
another question.
can i use Bromocriptine ONLY if I notice syntoms of gyno? or is better to play safe? and what's the side effect of bromo? i'm a doctor, i'm supposed to know it, but i know it in a generic way, no in the way an user like you can know.

now i eat 3500 kcal. than i go to 4000 in the first week and 4500-5000 the second. than i try to stay at 5000kcal.
i will not drink alchool 2 week before and cycle long.
now i'm lean like in the photo with 2-3 kg more (in the photo i weigh 72-73 now 75-76)
 
tren and endurance training don't mix.
 
If you want endurance you should look into EQ-Plex ;)

Never used it so can't comment on that - sorry. Maybe someone else can chim in :)

what kind of natural supplements can i use to have the same effect? i know i can't have the same effect..but something similar.
@unrealmachine, i hope than now that i explain everything about kcal and alchool (i can't speak very well in english and usually i forget to use the past), you can give me same advice because you have a great culture about it!
