Check it out let me now what you guys think

DYMATIZE ELITE WHEY
1 for breakfast, snack, lunch, after workout and be4 bed

Green Bulge
5 caps a day 30min be4 workout anytime on off days

Blue Gene
5 caps a day 60min be4 workout anytime on off days

STOKED
2 caps morn 2 in the evening

Bulk products
Bulk Arginine AKG product for some huge big pumps (in xtend)
Citrulline is great for recovery and builds up endurance plus a nice pump(in xtend)
Leucine BCAA (use 1 scoop in xtend and one is shake)
Waxy maize (use 2 scoops in shake after wo)

Orange TRIad
3 tablets twice per day with meals (breakfast and dinner preferably

Be4 workouts during
 
Looks like a nice natty stack. Have you used any of these products independently?
 
i might go with out the stoked until my next stack gonna simplfy things anything else you guys think i should dump out?
 
That's a lot of Whey shakes in one day.... I would prefer to eat whole foods to get more variety in my protein, but if whey is all you can get during those times then go for it.

he could just be adding it with his whole meals. I use to add a shake because I just couldnt eat enough protein to suffice my needs.
 
5 shakes? i hope you arent relying on them that much.

Id probably drop the stoked too and like aggr3s1on said, add some bulk beta alanine, i like that stuff. Looks effective.
 
Try to get the bulk of your protein from FOOD and not 5 shakes a day. also xtend can be taken during your workout or really a lot of people drink it through out the day.
 
ya guys i just drink that much somedays that i cant get enough protien, Beta alanine in the shake sounds good,
and ya i drink my xtend during workouts
 
Looks good, although I'd replace the Blue Up with Blue GENE, or stack them both together if you have the extra $$$.
