I wouldn't be so concerned bro. You shoulda known you were going to shutdown to some degree. Androgens seem to shut people down faster and harder than most anabolics do. This is my observation anyway. There are some exceptions to this rule of course. Super-Drol being the obvious one. And I would save the DTH and the DHEA for PCT. That's when they'll really be needed and effective. Besides, haven't you ever heard that small potatoes make the meat look bigger?!! lol THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Of course I knew! I just had no idea how quick it would happen. Normally it doesn't until late week 2 or 3.

My main concern here (and the reason for starting the DTH early) isn't the size of the boys, but the functionality of "the president" :trout:. That guy makes all the decisions around here and, being a newlywed, he's called upon frequently. I'd hate for him to be unable to fulfill his duties. Besides, I'm low-dosing it. During PCT I'll be running it at 4-5 caps, instead of 2-3.

DHEA I'll definitely save for PCT, though. What dose do you recommend when I do start it? Should I begin w/ week 1?
 
By the way, I weighed myself yesterday and I'm at 198lb, so down 3lb?? Sounds crazy, but I tend to fluctuate 3-4lb anyway. Stomach is already looking flatter, though. Looking forward to week 2!

This answer is for both you and TG2. DHEA isn't a necessity for younger guys really. But it will be helpful! It converts to both testosterone and estrogen, so an AI would be advisable. But I would advise an AI during PCT anyway. I still feel DHEA will help you recover faster during your PCT's and it is very good for cortisol control. I would advise both of you to take 150 mg. per day for your PCT's. You could taper off at the end. Down to 100 mg. for the next to the last week of PCT and on down to 50 mg. for the final week. So, If I end up running the original plan, including clomid and starting my AI on week 3, ramping up and back down (which right now it looks like I will be, based on my recent shutdown-edness...is that a word???), should I hold off on the DHEA until week 3 and just run it alongside the AI, which would continue for 2 weeks after PCT?

I would advise you to start DHEA at the beginning of PCT and use throughout. The Clomid at the beginning of your PCT would take care of any DHEA related estrogen conversion. Then the AI at the end would control the estro!! THE THUNDERGOD

Yesterday was chest day. I usually love chest day, but I was feeling really under the weather since Sunday, and reluctantly decided that I'd have to take it easy. So...

I got to the gym and decided to get me some trip drops! I know, I know...not exactly taking it easy. What can I say? I'm up to 4 MMV2 and I gotta say, the stuff works. Not only did I do trip drops, but I did 2 sets per press. Unfortunately, my gym only has up to 80lb bells, but I just went high rep. Next week I think I'm just going to go with regular presses with heavy weights and some intensity techniques.

After that I was pretty much wiped. Did HIIT and abs today and will do them again tomorrow. Afraid I'm not getting back into the weightroom until Thursday for shoulders (due to work).

Chest and shoulders are already looking a bit more defined...is that possible? I guess it could be, I was already making some pretty nice progress going into the cycle. Most noticable is my stomach, which is looking really flat.

You said it! And I'm definitely seeing that vascularity. I noticed a few new veins sticking out along the front delts down into my chest and one on my bicep. Not bad considering it's only my 4th dose of the stuff! I gotta say I love it.

I'm a mesomorph and I put on weight and size like crazy, I've got about all the mass I want right now (my profession requires that I lean toward an 'athletic physique' more than a power lifters physique..) and I'm trying to get shredded right now, and get my run times lower. From what I've read, and the reviews from this thread, winztrol and MMV2 seem to be what Im looking for.

I used calipers for the initial test, and I'll use them again to check at the end for comparison. Also, I'm using a tape measure for measurements.

In between I'm just using the mirror.

I'm actually only taking it on workout days in one dose preworkout )which is what TG recommended). I've been taking 4, but I'm bumping to 5 tomorrow and saturday, and I think I'm going 6 from monday on out through the end.

Bent-over lateral raises 3 x 15 @ 15lb

1-arm bent-over lateral raises 4* x 8 @ 30lb
*last set DROPS - 8, 6, 6 @ 30lb, 20lb, 10lb

Reverse pec deck flye 3 x 12 @ 80lb

Smith machine mil. press 3 x 15 @ 135lb (finish last set w/ partials to failure)

DB front delt raises 3 x 15 @ 20lb

Close-grip upright rows 3 x 8 @ 115lb

Shrugs 3 x 12 @ 205lb (finish w/ burnout)

I only took 3 caps pre-workout then spaced the other 3 caps out during the rest of the day. I can't imagine doing 6 caps at once really. But it sounds very tempting to me!! :twisted: ThisGuy2 will be bumping his up soon, so I'll stay tuned!! :thumbsup: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Phera is wet (edit- super is dry apparently). Epi is stronger than Halo, and those are fairly dry. Then there is Tren, which I have no real grasp upon wet/dry... I am leaning towards dry, but other than that is supposed to make you strong as hell. I dunno about it, it can have some funny side effects in certain people... I've been trying to do more research on it.

MMV2 is a great dry compound that is pretty damn safe... I liked it a lot. It is non methylated, so you could stack it with a methyl and probably have a whole 'lotta fun. :D

You'd like it too Timber, it made me aggressive as fvck. You'd be squatting fat girls and shoving ipods in peoples eyes all over the place.

based on what i have read, probably SD (most say its fairly dry, but i gues not for everyone)
epi is probably the next strongest of the dry compounds off the top of my head.

Superdrol is one of the driest compounds out if not the driest bro. Read some stuff on it.:lol: But honestly I'd have to say an Epithio is the driest. Driest and strongest Superdrol hands down.

yeah, based on my research, sd is by far the strongest/driest. you can very realistically gain 12-15lb (and many have gone higher) of dry mass if your diet is dialed in.

TRN is EXTREMELY dry, but not great for size. It'll cut you up and your strength goes through the roof, but you're gonna need to stack it if you want size.
 
Arm workout today boys. I had probably the shortest and most intense arm workout I've ever experienced combining drops and supers.

I started w/ 2 sets of DB curl drops (count 'em...5!!!) superset w/ tri-extension superset..I know, I know. Follow me here:

DB Curls 2 x 4, 4, 4, 6, 6 @ 50lb, 40lb, 30lb, 20lb, 15lb
super w/
Tricep extension/reverse tri-ext. 10 @ 70lb/10 @ 50lb

Preacher Curl 6, 6, 6, 6, 6 @ 150lb, 120lb, 100lb, 80lb, 50lb
superset w/
Overhead cable extension 10, 10, 10, 10 @ 55lb, 45lb, 35lb, 25lb

I did the second excercise group another two sets, and then I was done. 4 sets total. I can't f'n believe how wiped I was after it...but I do love seeing those 50lb curls.:food::head:

1. people over eat on the sht (Me lol) and 2. yea I would say glycogen partitioning. I have never seen anyone complain of bloat in all the logs I've seen or people I've know that run it though. Were did you see this bro??:think:

everyone is different, sd may not be as dry for you as it is for others. some people dont get bloated from phera and everyone seems to think phera is soaking wet for example.

49 lb :wtf: How do you get a weight of 49 lbs.??? And yeah, I feel ya. Legs.......suck it!! :rasp: They're also my least fav bodypart to work. But there's no denying the benefits of workin' 'em hard either. I tell people when they ask me how to get their Bench Press to go up?? I tell 'em to squat more!!!! :squat: :aargh: There's an indirect effect when you train your legs really hard, that strength will parley over into other bodyparts' strength. I'm totally serious when I tell people to Bench more weight, they'll need to Squat more weight!!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I loved 6 a day. I never dosed 6 Pre WO though... that would be SIIICK!

Can't wait for 3 of these epi's Pre WO... hehehehehe.

Nice job on the wheels duder. We are lifting about the same... you might be able to squat a bit more than me though.
