Hdrol 75mg e/d (weeks 1-3)
Mdrol 10mg e/d (weeks 2-3)
MMV2 3 caps on w/o days, preworkout

I actually intended on taking the rest of the year off, since I'm finishing my 3rd cycle of the year already. But I have half a pct's worth of nolva left, and some leftover MMV2...so what am I going to do with it if I don't run another???

I actually might just run a 2 weeker of mdrol, like you suggested BS. It's the least expensive and most effective option, I think. I'll just have to suck up some sides, but at 10mg, they might not even be too bad.

Yeah, I know it takes longer to kick in. I was just thinking if you started it at 75mg and you had the mdrol along with it. Might actually work a bit better if you started with the stack and left the solo week for the end. Still, I've never really started to enjoy halo until week 3. It'd be a tease.

Were your carbs low in the beginning, BS? I've been doing a lot of reading and it seems mdrol requires you to stay pretty high in carbs, otherwise you go hypo and feel shty.
Also, how do you normally react to carb intake. Me, personally, I can't go too high on carbs or I lose all definition.

Nah they we're even higher than they are now at 600gms. I was taking in around 700-900gms ed from any and everything I could get my hands on. I have noticed if I don't eat every 2-3 hours on the dot I start going hypo. Like at work, I burn cals anyways so the M-drol just sucks the life outta me. The Hypo is the worst side right now for sure.

I don't know if I'd recommend it, bro. That'd be a lot of strain on your body for a long cycle.

I hear ya. I'm actually considering staying on another 2 weeks. I feel great and the results are really starting to show nicely. Matter of fact, think I'll get a bf% and some measurements tomorrow, just to see what's up.

Could also just hit those two weeks of mdrol now. Of course, then I'd need to change my diet, huh? I can't stay low-carb without feeling like total ass?

Winztrol 300mg
11oxo 300mg

And drop the MMV2 back down to 4, which would hold me for the extra 2 weeks.

I'm tempted to just do the mdrol now, but I really do think it'll be more beneficial if were to run it as a separate cycle. If only I''d have thought of it first, I would've started w/ that and bridged into what I've run the past 3 weeks...but I guess hindsight is 20/20.

I just took my bf% this morning to compare and see if it would be worth extending this badboy another 2 weeks. I figured, "my body's coming together pretty nice, but that's perception. The numbers won't lie." Check out the comparison after only 3 weeks on...

Starting bf: 16.4% Todays bf: 14.7%

I dropped almost 2% bf in 3 weeks!!!! And I took my measurements today...which I left in the car, like a jackass, but I'll post later...suffice it to say, chest, shoulders and arms are all thicker, while waist has dropped. Plus I've set personal records each day this week (posting yesterday and today's workouts next). This seems to be going too good to cut out after next week.

I think it goes without saying...I"M STAYING ON ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!!! and I just counted, I have enough MMV2 to stay at the 5 preworkout dose throughout.:thumbsup:I really wanted to try out 6, but I've gotta ration, unless someone has 3 leftover they want to mail me?:stick: Anyway...

Scratch that. You had a REALLY FCUKIN' rough start brother. I just re-read your whole log, and I'm seriously having second thoughts.

Back to thinking about a TRN stack. 4.5mg methoxy TRN w/ 10mg PPlex for 3 weeks while staying low carb...if I do that maybe I can increase strength, pack on a few more lb of muscle and continue to sharpen up? That's kinda like TG's, only minus the epi and the methoxy TST he took on workout days (oh yeah...I'm gonna have enough left over to run 3 caps a day of MMV2 on workout days for 3 weeks of whatever I end up running, but not sure if I want to stack that w/ TRN, both being progestins and all).

Or am I off base and the pp is gonna start rounding out my muscles regardless what I stack with? I'd hate to undo the work I've done (and money I've spent) on this cut.

Maybe 4.5/4.5/6 of TRN w/ 200mg winztrol for the full three weeks and just keep cutting.:think:I don't really want to gain very much more weight. 195-205 is a good range for me (wonder what it'll be when I weigh in next week).

I would suggest the Anabolic diet, for reduction in BF while packing on the LBM....it is high fat low carb mon-fri. carb load sat & sun.....

with T prop & Equipoise for 4 wks, the Equip/ I would run for an additional 3 wks taper on wk 8 and PCT out..........

I've run real gear, home skillet! I told you my first cycle ever was sustanon. I didn't know any better back then, so by week 6 I was pinning it every other day...gained like 35lb in 2 months (not counting the weight I gained while on my androstene pct:frustrate:...oh well, I survived).

Some of you may have noticed I like using intensity techniques a lot, and sometimes combining them. Well, I fcukin' killed it this time. I started w/ flat chest excercises and did an iso/compound superset where I employed a drop set on the compound portion. KILLER. I followed that w/ iso/compound on incline and decline, then a drop on pec deck flye, and believe it or not, I was wiped out in 20 minutes.

-DB Bench 8, 8, 8 @ 80lb, 70lb, 60lb

First time it's happened to me, honestly. Give it a shot, see how you like it. My chest is sore as hell today, believe it or not. I actually reached failure within each and every set by using these techniques.

p.s.....what do you think I was doing with all my extra time??:thumbsup: Mmmm, fat chicks....I like mine smothered in butter and rolled in powdered sugar. Makes it easier to find my way to the major points of interest.

Current weight: 198lb

Starting bf%: 16.4%
Current bf%: 14.7%

That means I've only lost 1lb while dropping 2% bf...which means I've been putting on some nice muscle, too!:D

Neck: 16.5" / Current: 17"
Chest: 45.75" / 46.25"
Shoulders: 51.5" / 52"

Many thanks to all you guys! A huge part of this success is a direct result of all the support and motivation I get from you guys. You know, you get that internal dialogue going, "c'mon muthafcuka! You need to throw some monster weight around. What'll the rest of the DOOM CREW say if you come back w/ some pansy-ass sh!t???"

I'm really going to stay on track for the next 3 weeks on cycle, and continue my cut during pct (obviously keeping my protein high and watching my gains, to make sure I don't lose muscle, though I never do on these extra-dry compounds). If I can get 14% even by the end of this thing, I'll be pretty stoked. If I crack into the 13% range, all the better.

TG, I celebrated w/ some pie last night, brotha, but pie is like Jell-O...there's always room for more.:food:

BS, it's not nice to play with my emotions like that. But then again, I never really believed I could be as good looking as you to begin with!

Nasty trip to the gym yesterday fellas. Gotta say I enjoyed it. First I entered the gym through the window...head first, just like in The Program (STAAARTING DEFEEEEENSE!!!). Then I proceeded to bend bars over my shoulders and chew through 45lb plates. Once I'd finished w/ that, throwing 80lb DBs through the remaining windows, and raping someone's pitbull (they shouldn't've tied it to that machine!), I got a nice workout in.

Mil press 1 x 20 @ 95lb (warmup)

Arnold Press 4 x 8 @ 45lb (finish last set w/ burnout on Smith Mils. @ 135lb)

Front-to-overhead DB raises 3 x 10 @ 20lb (finish last set w/ drops 10@20lb, 8@15lb, 8@10lb)

Seated DB front raises 3 x 10 @ 15lb

Seated lateral raise 3 x 12 @ 25lb

Reverse pec-deck flye 3 x 15 @ 80lb

Close-grip high row/Shrug supers 3 x 10 @ 115lb/ 3 x 12 @ 275lb)

Winztrol 400mg e/d (until the last 5 days, where I'll bump up to 450mg...FCUK YEAH!)

And it looks like I just have enough MMV2 to stay at 5 caps pre-workout except for next week, where I'll run the 6 a day experiment!
