I gained 3lb and significant strength despite my diet being ketogenic and at maintenance calories almost the entire time I used T-911. I fully expected the strength gains, and would have been disappointed had they not occurred, but 3 extra pounds was a pleasant surprise.
For those of you whom experienced the original version of T-911, you are acquainted with the abnormal rapid recovery that it provided. I largely had this same benefit on the updated version, but I did discover that the improved recovery has it's limits. Though 95% of the time I was bouncing back from my routines and feeling ready for more by the following morning, there were times when the stress of my workload and classes left me drained and exhausted, despite T-911's best efforts. Those, however, were the exception and not the rule.
I had the old familiar all-consuming libido that accompanied the original as well. For the first two weeks on this stuff, taking a tab meant that the ensuing 2-3hrs were a game of self-control. "Beer-goggles" is an obsolete term, T-911 goggles are what really makes every chick hotter. This began to taper with extended use, however, and by my final tabs yesterday, was not really apparent at all anymore.
I started with 3 tabs on lifting days and 2 on recovery days, but quickly found this to be hard on my joints - I had significant drying, primarily in my knees. This is not something I experienced with the original, at any dose.
So, I dropped down to 2 ed, and problem solved. No more joint issues at all.
Additionally, though I decreased dosage to 2 ed, I saw no decrease in rate at which I gained strength or any of the other benefits that T-911 provided. With the original, I always took 3 on lifting days. The fact that a lower dose of the new version provided roughly equivalent outcomes with the old indicates that this new AI may, in fact, be stronger. Or at least, that I respond more strongly to it.
So to recap:
- Significant Strength Increases and Weight Gain
- Fantastically Improved Recovery (Provided life wasn't simply overwhelming)
- Gorilla-style Libido (Like Alpha Male Silverback)
- Joint Stiffness at 3/day, solved w/ 2/day
- Approximately equal benefits with lower dose, compared to the old version
T-911 remains one of the best, if not my favorite, supplements. The updated version lives up to the reputation of it's precursor, and that's a lot. Considering a 5-6 week supply is ~$30, it's an outstanding option for packing on some extra pounds, both on you and the bar. The original was one of the first things I recommended to guys asking what's worth taking (after correct diet and the basic supps), and the new one won't be any different.
My thanks and sincere appreciation to LG Sciences for allowing me to log this, and simply for producing such a paragon.
