Overall: Delighted with the purchase and highly recommend to stim junkies,, I'm a stim addict and this gave me everything I was hoping for ???

My wife drinks the the stim version, 2 scoops too. Think she made it up to a half a scoop of conqu3r amped!

Its mean bro. Last time I used it was right before we went to a golds gym as guests, my hand was shaking so hard that I couldn't even sign my name on the guest list! If you get the amped, start with half a scoop! You will be more zooted than any other pwo has zooted you before. Fair warning.

Quick updates guys -
Had to cut my cycle short by 1 measly day!!!! Started my PCT Sat 19/12
Contracted a severe case of viral gastroenteritis and have literally been unable to keep down anything since until today :/ completely freaking out that I'm already losing size!!!! Grand total of what I've managed to eat since Saturday:
3 packets tomato soup + 6 slices brown bread
2, 2L bottles 7up
Couple litres of water - nowhere near enough because I've dehydration headaches the past few days :/
All in all feeling like death and not a great start to PCT,, will hopefully be better in couple days and back in gym by this Sat, making a full weeks break I'll have taken :( ???
Also biggest piss of is I have no end of cycle pictures as Sat was my last day and I wanted them after training, but I woke up with this virus so couldn't move let alone train or take pics ???.
Will update on end of cycle and results etc when I'm better.
From there it will be about regaining the lost gains and driving my strength up!!!
 
Has anyone had experience with this happening to them before?? I've lost about 4kg from not being able to eat for 3 days. My family, girlfriend and guys at work have all said I look withered and have lost a lot of weight ??? I can see and feel it myself and it's horrible after all my hard work, blood, sweat and tears!!! ? will I regain that size?? Or is the weight I've kept after being sick the best I can hope for??

It's very typical to lose weight when you are sick. So right now not only are you sick, but your hormones are suppressed.

I had this same thing happen cycle before last, I was up about 20 pounds and got sick and lost all of it! You just gotta keep moving forward, don't let a little bump I'm the road slow you down. Best of luck to you brother!

1st training session on PCT today
Strength was good considering illness.
Felt PATHETIC tho :/

Up 15lbs

shoulder press
Chin/pull up

Lost
Incline DB press - down 15lbs ?
Cable bicep curl - down 15lbs

Will hopefully get majority of my strength back. I'm a determined motherfuxxer - wouldn't be the first time I achieved something I been told I couldn't ?

Also met a dude I know at the gym who hasn't seen me in 2 weeks. Said I look huge. Def a nice ego boost since I felt so puny :-P

Looking forward to rest of PCT and recovering my lost gains!!!!

If you lost weight over a week of being sick just know it's GI weight, water and glycogen. Your muscles didn't whittle away in a week or so. Amazing how much weight we hold in our GI tract and retain in food and water.
Trust you didn't lose all your gains. A week back on track of training and eating you'll be full again.
 
Dma378 I know some of the weight I put on while on cycle was water and glycogen and some of it would prob be lost after anyway but sometimes you need someone to remind you!!! Thanks ☺ Like I said to Yates, it's not all bad,, didn't lose all my strength and I act look pretty damn lean in comparison to when I was on and puffy :-P nicely cut looking and vascular ???. Some good came out of it I guess ha amd now I'm back on board the gain train ? and the food truck ha.

Does anyone know,, or is it even possible,, to find out the correlation in weight between a machine exercise and the same free weight exercise??
Example
Last week
Seated DB Shoulder press
55lbs 3×8

Today
Seated machine shoulder press
220lbs 3x6

Just curious as I'd like to know if I'm stronger, on par, or weaker than last week. And also handy tk know in general if I have to use machines instead of free weight for anything!!

I wouldn't say there really is one. On machines you arent hitting stabilizer muscles, you aren't having to balance the weight, etc.
 
Ya I figured there wasn't really a legit method of calculating it :/ just annoying when you have to switch over and back - hard to keep track of progress
