My last attempt at being lean

They tend to be a bit more inlvolved... ;)

Weighed in at 246 today. Looking leaner in places. I am farting uncontrollably, apparently I am lactose intolerant and drinking 1/2 gallon skim milk/day, along with broccoli, I am very unpopular right now.
 
Its not the milk, its your fatburners.

The brococoli alone can cause what you are describing. If you were LI you would probably be having a lot more sever problems from 1/2 gallon of milk. Makes me shudder just thinking about it. Might be nothing to worry about, but if the problem gets worse over time you might want to test your lactose sensitivity.

If you discover that you are infact LI then I would strongly suggest you reconsider the milk. Food could move through you so fast, that you may loose muscle due to lack of digestion or poor digestion. I have battled this for years. Enzyme replacements like lactaid are okay for small amounts of milk, but not in the quantities you are talking about. You can always look at Lactaid milk if you must consume it, but it's twice the cost of normal milk.
 
Its the fatburners he's using. I get the exact same thing when using them. THey have a history of causing these problems :D

244 today, I'm scared Bobo is melting it away. Everything has been great, a little lethargic today, but, I think that may be from the M1T. Looking leaner every, even in the midsection. I am pleased with the clown's performance to date.

Considering I'm only 205, I would be anorexic to a 244lb person.. ;)
 
I can't imagine anyone still reading this nonsense, but, for those who are, measured waist at 38.75", down 1.25" in about a month. Bob's ok..................for now!
 
Your waist will be the last thing that changes very quickly. You arms, shoulders, chest, leg, etc.. will lean out much more first. You still have months to go before your waist really shrinks.
 
The first place you put it is the last place you lose it.

If anybody wants help lose a little bit of fat from their face, I can help them :icon_lol: . Once you get around 20% BF, you'll have to ask Bobo for help...I'm still at the drawing board :frustrate
 
He is right on about the waist..Bobo the three places I seem to have more fat than anywhere else.Waist little spare tire,and a little pouch only on the side's of my pecs and the last spot seems to be upper inner thigh...are these common spot's on men my age 45.They are getting smaller as I get leaner,im just worried that there might alway's a little extra in those area's....I know spot reducing does not work but I think ill be ok because the last 3 weeks they have really reduced quite a bit...

It seems the last few weeks' the cut's I can see daily now where as it seemed like it took months to notice any change..

My upper ab's just appeared this week.I am so excted and yesterday I say my seratus and oblique yesterday...
 
Yes they are typical along with the lower back. Now is when your real dieting starts (as in much more grueling) and the small changes that take place take much longer to produce. This is when the metnal aspect comes into play and you basically have to fight through it and persist.
 
Getting along well, excpet I still seem to be rather hungry. Looking slightly more vascular, weight has stayed about the same, while, as I previously mentioned, waist has come down 1" +. Seems to be llooking well to this point.

Actually spot reducing does work to an extent, many users here and on other boards (even bobo I believe) have had noticable results with Avant's spot reducing line (absolved and lipoderm's). I'm actually using it right now for the same areas you mentioned (chest and abs and love handles) I will let you know how it goes :)
 
lactaid milk stinks.....uggghhhhh I can't bring myself to drink it, my secret is ( most likely wrong, LOL) but i take 2 pills before any dairy products, seems to lesson my stomach pain.........
Keep up the good work, I just started my own "Boot CAmp" workout, although I do have to be careful because of the healing foot, I still get quite the workout, and i can see results.......... Yeah!!!!!
 
Weighed in at 241 this morning. Bob is doing well(as am I). Looking much leaner. However, gas has reached it's apex, I am blowing like the southerly wind, and it is NASTY. I offended over 30 people today........................disgusting!

It would be nice to include liver tabs to your regiment.. ;)

Good progress, I have been following this thread from the beginning. I would guess that with your diet, training, and supplementation, all of your weight loss has truly been fat loss. Continued Good luck. :cool:

Someone asked earlier what supps Scotty was using....Im curious also what fatburner Bobo has you on? Basic EC, or something else. Also, how has it been with M1T?

Basic EC. M1T was ok, held on to a little water. But, everything has gone well since. Good stuff..............Bob
 
236 this morning, I was freaking out, lost 5lbs ni a week, but, Bob informs me all is well. Lord, I hate legs. Waist is shrinking by the day. Bob is good, but, my will is strong!
 
Well, after getting some nasty boils for the last 8 weeks or so, I got one in my nose and had enough. I went to the Dr. I was diagnosed with a staph infection and cellulitis in my nose. I was drowsy quite often and had a hard time getting up to go to the gym, never thought the two were connected. Anyway, after 2 days on antibiotics, my strength shot up. I fully believe that doing what we do, going to the gym every day and eating right kept me out of the hospital and probably much worse, I'm told it is serious. Bob's plan is IN for real, I'm a believer. 235 this morning, for all those still reading.
 
so how long has it been so far? I have been following this, but forget when you started..
 
Wake up, turds! 232 this morning. If you're thinking about using Bobo for this diet planning, DO IT!
