Man I tell ya ... so I have been with a little added Keto in there ... some days I got it some days I don’t!

I have been killing it at the gym but it seems with me I lack the drive when I play around with my diet ...

Then I get fascinated with why is my poop green was it because I messed up and ate the fruity pebbles I adore ...

And not to mention I now for the last week have been asked to “spot” a dude ... but wait not what u think right.. no it’s not the dude literally wants me to smack his foot when he reaches a certain level while working his abs .. for real!!?? Today he took the time thankfully to tell me to arch my back when doin deadlifts when coming to a stance I simply explained to him as I awkwardly attempted to go on back that I couldn’t ... I don’t bend backwards!

But with the diet changes I was told at the gym the other day they could see a difference in my body ... in casual conversation and no not the can u “spot” me guy!
 
Nailing your diet is hard, it is the hardest thing for me hands down (ok fork down). Stick to working at it and take the compliments as motivation to eat better!
