You forgot texture and if there's hemorrhoids.... you know, because of the itchy crack thing. Maybe just a rash from not wiping well or even just going in the wrong direction. Front to back Stacy. Front to back. ;)

standing curl 15pd DB 3x12

sitting curl 3x12 15pd DB

Back on treadmill at 3.5mph incline fully 20min
