Study is posted above. It’s not too long, read the abstract then the discussion.

I’ll have to dig up another one, this is basically nutrient timing (which carries over/through your workout). Goes hand in hand with “insulin” release.

Edit* she’s fed throughout the day. So a transient increase in insulin post workout isn’t needed IMO

stacy1212 , keep eating as you already do, count cals and stay 500kcal below your allowance. DemntedCowboy and Rocket3015 , keep eating your oats! :)

Some of those are high in sugar. I tend to try to stay at things below 8g sugar

So hit the gym this morning at 0700 just could not sleep and at 0200 like always woke up starving.. fought it thankfully.

Took my radiate today the sour peach.... first and foremost way to go guys!!! Taste was amazing. I would describe as delicious had no problem throwing it down. Been an hour so far powering through my workout just fine...

More to come as soon as I get home and done here...

It's been a crazy day but I've got a lot accomplished .... I am thanking radiate for that I tend to trend towards tiredness by evening time.

Today was a 2hr session I'm not sure how to describe my workouts ? I feel better when I'm sweating .. well today I was like a squirrel on crack.

Standing barbell curls
3x12 30pds

warm up 15min treadmill

Incline curls
1x12 10pds DB
1x12 15pds DB
1x12 15pds DB

Sitting curls
5x5 20pds DB

Barbell on a bench Scott
3x12 20pds

Standing curl hammers

Bench press in between with just bar sets of 12

Bench press with 20pds

Hit the punching bag multiple times

Back on the elipitical 2min

Close grip bench press just bar
3x12

Tri one arm extensions
3x5 20pds

Tricep push down
35 pds 5x5

Bench press bar
5x12

Oh went inside aerobic room shut the door and danced my
A** off for 15 min

Really from a third point of view I probably looked a tad crazy ...

Oh well had a blast.

I drove almost exclusively Mercedes in the past. As soon as the cars started to rely heavily on electronics, they all started to have problems. Now I drive an older Hyundai, works great and always got me home.
 
Hey I'm a fan of civics man.. I pulled a small trailer home from Vermont with mine ... a few years ago... drove like a dream....

Breakfast
I indulged in three very disgusting poached eggs...
2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter
2 pieces of canned sausage

lunch I had one cup of potatoe soup

dinner I made myself a fruit smoothie with ice and skim milk with one cup of potatoes soup...

I have decided no remeron for me here on out ... I wake up like a monster searching for turds to devour nightly at 0200 ... now think how that looks ... a creepy girl digging for lettuce at 0200 not ... cool.. not cool at all..
