My first 2 days w/ ASGT

I don't usually take pre-WO supps. I took some Shock Therapy back in college but I used to take it then end up not going to the gym anyways when a party came up or something.

Well I jumped on the ASGT/GHenerate deal a while back from NP. So I've had 2 workouts with the ASGT and I have to give MAD props to LG for this stuff.

I usually enter the gym with a shell of a plan and tire out about halfway through it, hit the cardio and go home.

My last two workouts have been INTENSE. I did shoulders/traps on Friday and I swear I've never done so many sets of upright rows, then hungered for dumbell AND barbell shrugs supersetted. Now I just got back from a back workout and I could hardly stop myself from finding new ways to row weight in the gym. Then I decided slow negatives would be a good idea. Then forearms. So many veins I didn't know existed are emerging from my flesh at this point.

So yeah, it might be the stims still kicking in my bloodstream making me type this, but I just have to give a shout out to the company and the product. Excellent first few workouts and looking forward to more sessions of seemingly endless motivation to up the intensity and volume.
 
Lg has a great line up if you ask me. Not only are their products good, but their reps and business ethics are even better
 
Great feedback, glad you enjoyed it! How's the Ghenerate working?

Well, I sleep pretty deep. Which is a godsend because about a week ago I bruised my tailbone and sleeping is uncomfortable. Waiting to see what happens with time.

I just added IGH-1 in to my Ghenerate today. We'll see what happens.

It was a BTB shrug on the smith rack. Got a little too "power-oriented" and ended up smacking the stupid bone. Not fun at all.
 
Digging the feedback on AS-GT, those are my thoughts on it as well. It keeps getting better the longer you use it so let us know what you think in a few weeks as well.
 
i really noticed excellent strength increase while on ASGT but it also gave me stomach discomfort that forced me to cut days short and take longer rests between sets
 
Im two weeks into my first tuband love it so far...not as intense rush (but no crash) as jack3d but def feel stronger...also got 2 guys from the gym to switch over to asgt..
 
That would be a great job but..........ill stick to catering..........prolly will go back to jack3d after i run these 3 tubs just to mix it up
 
mixing asgt into unsweetened grapefruit juice makes it taste pretty good
 
Grapefruit juice would increase the half-life of some of the ingredients, like caffeine. ;)
