My current fat loss stack for my upcoming show

4000mg of cinammon + 1000 mg of chromium picolinate
200 mg of 7 keto DHEA
50 mg of DHEA
800 mg of ALA + 800 mg of L-Carnitine
4000mg of CLA
50mics of T2
5000mics of biotin
1 Lean Extreme
1 Reduce XT
500 mg of raspberry ketones
1000mg of fish oil

thats 4x per day with meals
 
My trainer implemented the CLA and the L-Carnitine-T. Although I generally use CLA in my normal daily regimen.
 
So much, why not let your diet and training be the stars of the show? At least for me ECA and extra cardio are all that is needed to lean up. I can't imagine buying or taking all of that.
 
Why the CLA?

CLA has been found to only beneficial in terms of fat loss for those who are either obese or untrained.

A basic fat loss stack I do to help prepare for my shows is as follows:

-TTA-500 (discontinued now)
-Raspberry Ketones
-Green Tea Extract (only SNS for this one due to the standardization and amount of EGCG)
-Yohimbine (~15-20 mg before fasted cardio sessions)
-Reduce XT
-EC stack

BTW, EC and yohimbine and not recommended to take together.

I found this stack, with a good diet and plenty of cardio to be effective for me. You can also cut some things out and go with DCP which is another good product.
 
I was using DCP and a product that had TTA in it, but they were on back order so I went with the Reduce XT. I also like using Sesamin but it was backordered too. This is my pre-contest prep stack. Using this about 28 days until show. And @ oufinny: I dont like ECA. But if it was simply a matter of dieting + extra cardio, then most competive bb'ers wouldnt be using AAS + HGH + igf1lr3 + Lasix or other prescription diuretics.
 
Also I have added in drinking about a pint of fresh brewed green tea at night, for the diuretic effect and the fat burning.

Everything is 4x/ day? I know lx is supposed to be 3x

Anyhow that is a lot to be taking, but nothing necessarily bad. I loved the lean xtreme and have heard good things about reduce xt. I would switch to na-r-ala and ALCAR, those are better forms IMO

Lean Xtreme + Reduce XT = will blow your joints

You need only use one of them and drop your 7-Keto is already in Reduce XT and LX.

Thanks, I will consider the suggestions. I have high cortisol levels due to a couple of issues (one being work-related stress), so cortisol reduction the last 2 weeks is crucial for me.

I certainly dont know everything (and actually not much), which I why I rejoined here.

Also it is na-r-ala form
