My Clenbuterol Experience

For those of you who do not know, Clenbuterol is a non-steroidal β2 adrenergic agonist with some structural and pharmacological similarities to epinephrine and salbutamol, but its effects are more potent and longer-lasting as a stimulant and thermogenic drug. It causes an increase in aerobic capacity, central nervous system stimulation, and an increase in blood pressure and oxygen transportation. It increases the rate at which fats are metabolized, simultaneously increasing the body's BMR. (taken from Wikipedia)

Six weeks ago I received my bottle of liquid clenbuterol from a research chemical distributer. The bottle was 60 ml, 200 mcg/ml, green thick liquid. The day it arrived I took my first dose of 40 mcg, or .2ml. The stimulant feeling was very similar to adderall or ephedrine. Over the next week and a half I ramped by dosage up to 120 mcg. At about 80 mcg I began to feel greater sides than just the stimulant effect. My hands were shaky and during workout I was much more sweaty than usual. These side effects are all well document and typical so nothing to worry about.

I could tell during workouts and even during moderate activity that my heart rate was significantly elevated from usual, but it wasn't until I got my blood pressure checked in the middle of week 2 that I found it was 150/95 mmHg. This was very elevated and slightly nerve racking. Fortunately this was at the end of the second week. (I am cycling two weeks on and two weeks off)

After the first two week cycle I was down 7 lbs and 2 1/2 inches on my waist. I appeared more cut in the mirror and had not lost any strength. It was unclear to me whether there was any anabolic effect to clen, but at least it is known that it has an anticatabolic effect, so on a cutting diet muscle will generally be spared.

After discontinuing, it took approximately two days (which makes sense due to the 35 hour half life of clen) for my blood pressure and resting heart rate to return to normal. I took two weeks off using benedryl every night before bed. For those you who do not know it is widely thought that benedryl aids in clearing off the B2 receptors and therefore will help to reverse the down regulation they experience during clen use. I experienced no rebound in weight during that period.

I am now finishing my second two week cycle and the results have continued to come. I stopped increasing my dosage this time at 100 mcg in order to keep my blood pressure from increasing so drastically. I have lost an additional 4 pounds, while still gaining strength and muscle. At the end of these two cycles I have dropped my waist size by 3 1/2 inches. I am considerably leaner and am very pleased with these results.

It must be noted that I cleaned up my diet during this period, so it is unknown how what part of the weight loss can be attributed to that. I was on about -500 from maintainence, mainly protein and veggies. At this deficit I should have expected to see approx an lb a week. For all those who will inevitably post that this could have easily be done without clen: I love to lift, but I hate boring cardio. I also have shin splints which makes prolonged cardio result in pain walking for a day or two after. Using clen also was an incentive to eat properly, with the logic that if I am using a compound that have some negative effects on the body(I hope only while using) then why the hell wouldn't I make the most of it and watch everything I eat and keep it clean. So not only was it a means for increasing metabolism but also a motivator.

I hope this gives you an unbiased view of Clenbuterol. I have been really pleased with the results over the last six weeks and have gotten significant feedback from those around me about how much leaner I look. I hope I made it abundantly clear that it did not come without consequences: an elevated blood pressure even at a young age is no joke and resulted in headaches and a couple nosebleeds. All that to say, clen can work wonders when combined with some hard work, but it doesn't come without a cost which I hope people will remember.

I have run an ECA stack a while back. I did not get nearly the results and I also got incredible nausea. I am not sure whether it was the caffeine or the ephedrine. I know ephedrine works on more than just the B2 receptor, as far as I know it works on multiple beta receptors, many of which are not responsible for lipid use.
So my personal preference would be to stick with clen, but in researching before I started I heard a lot of people say the opposite. So i guess as with everything it is just on an individual by individual basis.

I've gotten decent results from ECA/ECY but I haven't tried Clen yet.
I think I'll try Clen next time, and see if I like it better.

Thanks.

itsi s the ephedrine that causes the nausea more so in some. Likewise the Clen seems to effect everybody very differently. I've had no side efects whatsoever on 220mcg howver my wife was shaking like a meth head on just 50mcg. If ur lucky enough to be able to tolerate the sides you can expect great results

Yea i would really advise anyone who is serious about trimming up and has taken the time to do some research to try clenbuterol. The only two things I would recommend it that you make sure you keep an eye on you blood pressure and if starts getting dangerously high either discontinue or reduce the dosage. Also taurine or potassium are good to have on hand because my buddy who was taking clen at the same time said they really helped with the cramping he experienced.

Your results are amazing, is this typical with clen???I heard you should monitor your body temp too, any truth to this?

it is not necessary but it is a good indicator of the therogenic effect

During the cycle you can monitor body temperature. Once the temperature drops back to normal, clenbuterol is no longer exhibiting a thermogenic effect. This normally occurs around the 3rd weekAt this point increasing the dosage would not be very effective, and a break for at least a few weeks should be taken before it is used again effectively.

You can get around this by taking 25-50mg of Benedryl or Ketofen to upregulate ur Beta receptors every 3rd week

The "Dave Palumbo"method 6 weeks straight taking one week of Benedryl or ketofen evry 3rd week

monitoring body temp however really not necessary either do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or upto 6 straight with Benedryl

Welcome to the club. Clen and Cytomel and a lean diet is the secret. Drop your dosage next cycle and throw some Cytomel into the mix. You'll be shedding the pounds like crazy.

Why cytomel?
You'll find that clen and cytomel (T3) is what pretty much all competitors use when they are cutting. Cytomel is a thyroid medication that will increase your thyroid output, thus increasing your metabolism.

The kicker is that T3 will burn everything, including muscle, unless you're keeping your protein intake pretty high, or you're supplementing with gear.

In my experience, the clen does help with sparing muscle while on T3, and I haven't seen that much of a loss in muscle to warrant having to go on a gear regimen... But typically, you run it as part of your overall cutting cycle, i.e., with test prop and winny...

In essence, a clen/T3 cycle is superior to anything else, weightloss-wise...

Yea that's what I thought. You could throw some Anavar in there

I am a little weary to try T3, but I have been looking into Anavar. I have found a good deal on bulk oxandrolone powder. Seems like a very mild steroid in terms of sides, but everyone has nothing but positive things to say about the strength and vascularity increase. I think within the next two weeks I will order it and get started with my first AAS cycle. I will make sure to keep a log of how that goes.

Stacked with Clen it would be a great cutting cycle but @ 60-80mg a day its quite expensive

I found anavar for 105 for 5 grams, and 10 grams winny for 76. My cousin is a chem phd so i am going to get him to run an nmr on the oxandrolone and winny when they arrive. I want to know exactly what I am putting in my body. I will let you know how this goes.

How does clen come up on random drug tests? and I was given some tabs that are white and was told they are T3. I think it is clen. Isnt T3 orangeish. They also have one straight line across one side. thanks in advance

a buddy of mine just started clen today. he only took 80mcg but said he was shaking so much it was hard to walk. i called him a little bitch and said his new name was Bambi. thought i'd share lol

nice CP you really cleared the clouds on this review, im glad to see some great results. im hoping to try some time in the future but as for money wise all i have is winni

If i wanna try both (clen & T3) into my cutting cycle... I have heard that i can alternate them as: 1 week clen, 1 week T3, for 6 consecutive weeks (no rest period). Others say that i could do 2 weeks at a time with Clen followed by 2 weeks with T3 and then start Clen again. What is your advice? The dosis will be the typical ramp up, (hey, i have done my research!). I have also heard that i should do the clen and T3 at the same time, 2 weeks on, and 2 off. What is best? So much info sometimes makes you crazy?

Packing muscle,
I am really not too sure on T3 and how to cycle it. I really feel you pain on the too much information front. This website is a goldmine of information, but occasionally there are so many conflicting views that it is really hard to tell what is correct. I will have to leave the T3 to someone else, but I can tell you that clen and T3 work in very different pathways and that Clen is most effective when cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, unless using Ketofen. The major reason I can see alternating clen and T3 is to keep a thermogenic in your system while you are off clen.

Have you used clen before? If not might I suggest just using clen for your first go around. For me on a cutting diet(high protein, some good fats and unrefined carbs from veggies) I got the results I wanted and apart from the sides while on, when I can off I felt just fine in a matter of days. I am not an expert, but from talking to people I know as well as physicians, cytomel is some serious ****. I prefer clen because you are not adding a naturally occuring hormone to the body, and therefore there is no suppression. As with cytomel, thyroid shutdown and suppression is a very serious concern and can result in serious weight rebound.

Hope this is of any use, and I do not mean to turn you away from T3, because when used properly I understand it can be very effective. Maybe just give clen a shot and if you are not satisfied with the results give t3 another thought.
All the best,
CP

rpcenter:
I am not sure about drug testing for t3, it would be similar to testosterone I imagine, in that if they did test they would find elevated levels of a naturally occurring hormone. (Just probably far from the reference, which would be indicative of exogenous hormones) As for clen, although it is not FDA approved in the states for any human use, it is chemically very similar to the faster acting albuterol found in inhalers. I imagine that if you were to test positive for a clen type substance simply saying you use an inhaler for breathing troubles would get you out of that.

random drug testing ? are we talking probation urine testing?

ill help u out bro
6 weeks t3... straight through ,... start at 25-50mcg.. taper up to whatever dosage you can handle many ppl go all the way up to 150mcg.. in my expierence thats way too high.. id say stop at 100mcg.. then slowly taper back down to 25mcg
run the clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off during this six weeks...

so something like
t3: pyramid up to 100mcg by day 12...stay at 100mcg for 12 days.. then spend then next 12 days pyrmaiding down
clen: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...up to about 120-140mcg...
