To be honest I did not add enough. I really expressed a specific desire to do so but found time constraints and really just a lack of integrity in holding myself accountable to keep up the level of cardio I wanted. A true shame I am experiencing now especially after just subjecting myself to a weigh in for the Marines. At nearly 200lbs I am 20 lbs over my max weight limit of 180. I had to tape out using an archaic method of measuring neck circumference and subtracting that number in inches from abdomen circumference and referring total value to a predetermined chart with the end result being 18% body fat. I passed, fortunately, but just barely!

In closing I would like to highly encourage everyone especially during bulking season to add some form of cardio to their routine even if its only ten minutes of tabata at the beginning or end of every or every other lift day!

I wish I could say the weight gain was all gains but in all seriousness it's probably solely from just simply eating again! For about 7 days there coming out of the ER I had no appetite nor could I hold anything down, it was coming up without end! Lol, but I am feeling better now brother and hopefully will not experience a relapse.

Yeah I am sure a lot of what you lost was water and glycogen, both are easily replaced. I doubt too much actual muscle fiber breakdown so don't think too much on it.

Feeling better and better this week. Weight is back up. Fat is going down thanks to cardio and ab work paired with slight calorie redux. Strength is coming back. 550-xd is on day 8 hoping to kick in fully within the next couple of days. Dropping off of 1-alpha tomorrow, last 4 pills I have.

Day 66 Back Weight 199 Pullups 16, 10, 10, 7, 7 Neutral Grip Pullups 5x5 Trap Bar Deads 10@155, 10@265, 10@355, 5@355x4, 10@355

Nice work does your trap bar have elevated handles or is it straight across? Mine is straight across and I love it because it gets me damn near parallel.

We have both. I prefer the straight as well because it lets you get much lower but the elevated one is great for me when I'm going 400+ lbs. Helps me keep from spinal flexion

Tge 550 will recomp you very well and you will retain mass and maybe even gain a bit more. The most successful scenario in your situation would be to maintain weght and get significantly leaner hence actual lean mass gains. This is what I have seen from 550 thus far.

If I can keep @ 200 and maybe even get to 205 at this point ill be super happy. The recomp effect is already starting with the 550. I am already noticeably leaner and look "tighter", as if I were slightly dehydrated but I'm still downing over a gallon a day so it has to be the 550. The best thing for me right now is I am officially off antibiotics now so I know they won't be harming my cycle any longer

Good to hear sounds like things are going your way again. Yeah the higher handle is like doing a neutral grip rack dead you can get a lot more weight up on that for certain!

Happy New Years!

Happy new year .. fug I'm hungry... fasting to deal with some of the overeating ....

I fasted until 1:45 today. Just kind of happened... Broke it with a large can of salmon 80p, 35f and some green beans. Back on the eat right train!

I have been fasting till the late afternoon on most days during the holidays but some days I just get hungrier than others. Today is a better day and I will let it ride for a bit. Big eating planned for tomorrow :)

I will return to IF probably in a couple months as it is the easiest thing but now just doing a little experimenting.

This one was brutal guys. Lots of volume! Hadn't done legs for a minute so felt like really destroying them, minus the leg press. Those walking lunges at the end were terrific, I forgot how much I love em!

Ok, so now on to the review! I'm gonna do a write up for 1-alpha tomorrow but this is the gist of it:

1-Alpha is awesome! Def worked well as a standalone for bulk. I recommend an 8 wk run at 4ed as long as you do proper pct because you will experience some shut down with that long a run. Keep in mind that I experimented with 6ed - 8ed for about 10 days so shut down is very likely at that dose. I also recommend no less than 6 wks because it doesn't kick in hard until the beginning of wk 3. I went from 182ish to around 205ish before I was plagued with kidney, intestinal, and respiratory infections which had nothing to with 1-Alpha. Carbs Pre workout with this stuff creates skin ripping pumps! My BF only went from around 15% to 18% and I did not do enough cardio to minimize fat gain, so realistically I think you could maintain your current BF % for a whole cycle with this stuff, just keep your macros in order with protein being the most important.

Any questions?

I'm currently at day 14 with 550-xd and my bridge went well. With 550 I'm hoping for some recomp effect and so far it's looking good. Slight cal redux paired with cardio is going well. I have enough product for a 6wk run at 4ed but will probably only do 4 wks instead as this is a pretty long cycle already. The 1-alpha shut me down some so I've been running PureTest 6ed for 6 days now and will stop at day 10. Energy is coming back gradually. I'll post up my plan for PCT in about a week, should be awesome if not a little overkill!

Excellent review can you post it in the review section http://anabolicminds.com/forum/product-review/

Do you do any foam rolling, stretching or mobility work for your lower back or any isolation exercises like reverse hypers, 45deg hypers, etc...? How much ab/core stability work do you do?

Warmup and stretch prior to lifting. Stretch between lifts. Foam roll post workout with some static stretches. I'm all about warmups, cool downs, and stretches! Little AB work twice a week. No core or stability work. But my lifts are solid as feck. Strong position, stable, locked in and super tight, with proper breathing technique as well. I am very proud of my deadlift and squat positions. It took me a lot of time to get them down but now that I have I can feel how tight and solid they are.

Could've hit it a little harder but I really need to let my bicep tendons and shoulder joints heal some before I get ready for pct. I've been laying off arms since starting the 550. Loved the pump though!

Day 75 Weight 199 Cardio- 15min@stairmaster 10min@eliptical ABZ- Weighted Crunches 15@30x3 Cable Chop 12@40x3 Leg Raises 12x3

Weight is steady...

It may drop another pound before I start pct in less than two weeks. Trying to get the water weight out with cardio. And the overtraining I did over the last ten days or so really helped cut some fat down pretty rapidly

Nice I would rather be leaneer and lighter myself. I miss how easy anabolics make it. I will get it done just some added discipline. With my shoulder on the mend it is making it easier for me to want to get after it.

I'm down with the leaner part but I'd really like to stay 195 and up for the next few months. Hoping for an awesome recomp over the next 8 wks, I'd like to hit sub 10%. Then I might bridge some cjc with ghrp for 3 months before running another cycle. And you're right about the anabolics, no way I could keep up this intensity and volume for so many days without em. Good to hear about you're shoulder. Just keep that diet dialed in bro, that's the hardest part when not on cycle. I don't think any of us doubt your abilities.

Nice Peptides will definitely help if you have a good place to get them. I am trying to get my diet dialed in waiting on some Isolate for post workout. Although I have been falling back into my IF regime of eating. I just like it better. Luckily for me or maybe not so luckily my metabolism is not that high so getting in enough cals to bulk in 8 hours is no problem at all.

I don't seem to get a lot out of peptides, could be the source too..

In the world of peps you get what you pay for. Many labs post Hplc verified purity results of 95% and up, but at that point statistics show the difference between 95 and 100 to be miles apart in quality. Could be similarly stated as there is a huge difference between 0% and 5%: none or some.

Yeah there are a lot of counterfeits out there too. Putting out GHRP-6 and 2 as higher quality peptides.
