Whoa! 3/4 of an inch on your arm in 4 weeks is impressive. Especially since alot of the growth was in the last week or so.

8 pounds in 4 weeks is pretty good man.im thinking about running follidrone with clear muscle to be making all kinds of gainz.lol

The only gains youll get from clear muscle is gains on the volume of crap filling your toilet. :)
