muscletech tastes good but im not going to pay out the ass for a good taste and no results, save your money and buy something else

Sounds like you don't eat anything and only take supplements :lol:

Spend your money at the grocery store first. Then take supplements that you can use with your food to make it more potent like Anabolic Pump or another nutrient partitioning supplement. Then buy protein so you're getting the right amounts in a day... ect.
 
It's weird when people sat "this next cycle" or "i'm planning my next cycle" and they are talking about protein and stuff. I usually equate "cycle" with AAS/PH. not eating a tub of muscletech.

but at 180 lbs(if youre trying to gain), you should be consuming

3000+ calories per day
eating complex carbs (grains, grains, grains)
protein (fish, chicken, beef, milk, eggs, natty pb, beans, etc)
veggies (broccoli, spinach, onions, cauliflower, carrots, etc)
fats (fish oil, almonds, olive oil, coconut oil, avacados, etc)

Hard up for cash? Buy nutraplanet bulk supplements like Creatine, beta alanine, and BCAAs. Make your own drink, its gonna taste like ass and not have the shiny Muscle Tech cover on it, but it will be a better product nonetheless.

Please... Stop using the word cycle.. When referring to pre and post workout drinks. :lol:

Get plenty of sleep. Perhaps you think spending time at GNC buying overpriced supplements will just throw muscle on your bones but good sleep and eating right is how muscles grow. Throw an intense workout 3-5 days a week and keep your diet up EVERYDAY and you can get to that 200.

It doesn't matter if you take your girl out and you eat like **** one day. It's called a cheat meal and when your diet is strict, it's a godsend.

MuscleTech has a great line of products necessary for PCT when cycling off of BSN products.

The usual products for PCT regarding a cycle of creatine are high doses of fish oil and Taco Bell.

this makes sense... I have been eating chicken non stop and i just don't get the same pumps I used to. I even tried spicing it with narcotics, and nope, no change. I think i need to cycle off and start up that mac and cheese... I don't want the adverse sides
 
i cycle sex.
that way pumps dont wear off
