try a different hand position on preachers. i don't have any issues and i do reps at 120 + i am old. i love preachers, nothing pumps my biceps the way they do.

FINAL REVIEW
ok Im not going to rate it with numbers, rather I am going to tell the pros and cons of it so someone can make their own decision about buying it.

ASSUALT
pros
-taste good
-good pumps
-nice intra formula/ingredients all around
-wicked pre workout when combined with battle fuel!
-I liked how the tub was actually filled to the top, not that 1/2 stuff, just ap ersonal prefernce I guess

cons
-couple of times Id have stomach problems, just gotta eat like 1.5-2 hrs before you take it
-little gritty at the bottom even when I used a blender cup

RECON
pros
-good for recovery, only time I had some doms was after DL day in my trap area. Oh well tho right? it did what it claimed otherwises.
-excellent formual, I think this was on the money. I will be waiting for this to go on sale and pick some of this up. Ive used Xtend / PW, the taste isnt as good as xtend or as bad as PW but Ill definately be using this again.

cons
-kinda a weird taste, not bad but not good ya know? it grows on you tho, or just mix some crystal light in there.
-little bit gritty but than again, if thats what youre complaining about, gtfo:lol:

BATTLE FUEL
pros
-Like I stated up there before, wicked workout when combined with assault, I think this is where this product shined the most.

cons
-didnt notice to much of a strength increase, than again I only took 21days of it. I think you'd need a couple tubs of this to get the full effect.

haha I agree! blue razz Assualt is pretty good, in the top 5 for best tasting supps. taste more of a kool aidish something... like a fruit punch or cotton candy

Yeah I am looking forward to the Watermelon, it should be pretty excellent.
As for the Muscle Gels the Key Lime is really good but I love the cinnamon bun gels. I will usually take one and spread it over some almonds, it makes a great breakfast.
