do not use supplements or take whey protien or anythin of the sort but i am wondering what are the main things in supplements that give the muscle extra pop. if anyone knows please tell me thanks

i been hitting up the gym since 8 months ago id say
i go 6 days a week
i only work 1 muscle for my whole duration of the gym or until muscle failure
and if i were gonna be injecting anything itd be anadrol thats some good stuff for ya

i would but i dont belive keeping muscles confused works i do the same routine and im going up in weight every 2-6 days

Muscle confusion is a "confusing" term. The key is progressive overload, which is best achieved if you actually keep your routine the same for a bit, allow for adaptation, and then change. No need to constantly switch up your routine.
