do not use supplements or take whey protien or anythin of the sort but i am wondering what are the main things in supplements that give the muscle extra pop. if anyone knows please tell me thanks
 
You don't supplement at all?

Is you're diet in check?

Training? Years doing so?

Are you referring to pumps?

Not to be a d!ck, but very vague post my man.

If you want a rounded look up your CLEAN carbs but some/most definition with be lost. Depends.
 
^ya we need more info but if ur talkin about pumps then agmatine, cit malate, and hemavol are a few that are most popular. They are reasonably priced supplements too not to mention the added benefits besides pumps
 
Or you could do the best thing known to bodybuilding and inject synthol.. That will def give your muscles an extra pop


...joking... Could be one of the worse things u could do to yourself
 
my diets in check i take 20 caloreis per pound of bodyweight, i get 2 grams of protien for 1lb body weight, i get more then 2 grams of carbohydrates for 1lb body weight, .5 grams of fat per body weight, drink 4L of water a day take 50 mg of zinc to help increase testosterone as well as work on increasing testosterone. i atleast 7 small meals a day 2 breakfast, 1 snack, lunch after school snack, pre work out and then dinner
 
and no i dont do supplements
i been hitting up the gym since 8 months ago id say
i go 6 days a week
i only work 1 muscle for my whole duration of the gym or until muscle failure
 
You would inject anadrol? There are lots of other things I would rather pin.

try agmatine or creatine nitrate.
 
i knew bout creatine monohydrate but im trying to stay away from buyin supplemnts and just trying to find foods healthy with the stuff in them. and to reply to the rome dude im talking about stuff that gives your muscles more pop like bigger (keeps them the same size after you work out but for a week or two
 
There's nothing that'll do that. You can eat a crap-ton of beets and spinach to acquire some nitrates naturally but that's all i got for ya sorry.
 
there's no supplement that I know of that can keep a pump for 1-2 weeks after the workout. Agmatine kept my pump the longest out of anything and that only lasted about an hour give or take from the point i left the gym.
 
o i got a few buddys who take supps and they can work out for a week then keep their muscle bulge the same as when they work out for 1-2 weeks and they on diff supps

a decent amount of muscle mass with low body fat %

you need more rest days. try going only 4 - 5x per week. also constantly change your routine to keep your muscles confused and you wont adapt and plateau out.

and if i were gonna be injecting anything itd be anadrol thats some good stuff for ya

i would but i dont belive keeping muscles confused works i do the same routine and im going up in weight every 2-6 days
 
ill just try finding sources of food with higher creatine i know steaks and meats and argantine thanks for the help

what makes you not believe? u dont ALWAYS want to change.....i keep my routine for a solid 2 months but change what workouts i do every time. good results for me and many others

i am not saying it doesnt work for others i just found it somewhat inefective compared to what i have been doing and i have also heard alot of people saying it was a waist of their time as well
 
Muscle confusion is a "confusing" term. The key is progressive overload, which is best achieved if you actually keep your routine the same for a bit, allow for adaptation, and then change. No need to constantly switch up your routine.

I usually stick with the same routine for months or until I plateau. Never seen better results. Just get more reps or more weight each week. i'm not disagreeing just saying its not always so black and white
