Murk's IGF2 + Drive log!

Sleeping like a baby! Im not sure if thats a side effect from IGF2 but i have been going into deep sleeps since i started this cycle. Deep restfull sleeps.
Any todays session was good. I forgot to take my lunch when i left for the gym. so i had to turn around to get it. Leaving a few min early turned into a few min late.

Drive is amazing!, IGF2 is amazing!
Its difficult to explain the effects. All around improvements. In mood, libido, endurance.

Libido is out of controll right now! It was a slow rev, better everyday. But at about 2nd, into this week. Its insane. I cant satisfythe craving and i dont want to stop , i can last way longer.

Endurance is better then i know. During the power outage. They gym was closed , so for a little while i picked up jogging. Usually jog to my 7-11 and back. But i decided to test my self and see how much longer i can go. It seemed near endless.
In the gym recovery time between sets has also improved.

Drive is a product with the perfect name. U dont need to read the label, the name really says it all!

IGF2 in under "wellness" on the appnut site. I can see why. Its generaly improves quality of life a bit.

How long can u run IGF2 ?

Do you need to cycle off every now and then?

Im wondering if u can develope any dependancies and how long is the longest run you know off. Can it be taken daily for ever like a multi?

Also a suggestion , for any thing in pill form. Instead of gelitin based caps, y not switch to veg caps. Gel caps r a mystery. Some are synthetic, some r derived from pigs.
I have slowly started switch my supps, when i can just based on the cap.
Im just saying, im sure not to many ppl cate bout it. But its one of thoses things i would like to fazed out, like floride, high fructose, aspertame, blah , blah my list goes on :)

Plus, i seen an article stating ,geliten has a gluten type effect, blocking the bodys ability to absorb nutriants.

And im muslim, so thats also a possible issue

Thats the one guy, what do u do, the weighted machine. Or u think rows and deads are good enuff

I like this because it gets hamstrings and glutes involved with less lumbar stress. I keep my feet pointed out and all the way wide stopping when upper body is parallel to the ground, not past the 90. The motion peaks at the top when you squeeze to lock the lower back and glutes.

KILLTIT!
IGF2 + Drive + Cardio + abs = Distruction!

My cardio game was lame as fuk. Today was a real turning point. I felt like a machine. Yeh there were a couple of times i doubted my self, but just kept pushing on.

30min on the tread, 25 min on the mid section...

Mood = pain during , energized after
Endurance = a whole new level .

I better get that six pack, Org any tips?

Drive has a progressive momentum to improvind endurance based training so you'll be seeing a jump in your cardio game for the better. You'll feel more capable and any discomforts may subside as max vO2 increases to supply blood to affected areas. I've noticed it in my knee.

Tips for abs? I'll trade you for tips on vascularity. Keep reps higher 15-20 range and fewer sets. Doing heavy weight with abs can kill the taper if obliques grow too much. Focus a lot of breathing technique during your workouts to indirectly train abdominal control. Slower tempo. But a lot of abs come from diet, remember visceral adipose tissue is part of the endocrine system. Cut back on sweeteners and keep cortisol in check from day to day stress. Sleep does play a role there, too.

Diet was real good. A little over on cals but i had a great WO this morning so im not to worried.

Dinner i had can of tuna with 1 cup cottage cheese and 2tbls olive oil over a cup of baby spinich. A shake and some pistacios.

Popping 4 IGF2 in about an hour. Then up at 5am to hit the shoulders and calfs

Murk,

IGF-2 should be cycled. I think you would be fine to run two bottles, take a month off, and then start up again.

I will pass on your feedback and suggestions on the caps. Thanks for the honest feedback and it's not the first time I have heard similar views.

Finally, I'm happy to see that the supps are really working for you. It seems like that you and Medical420 are both getting into that sweetspot where you are getting the best of everything all coming together. It's an amazing feeling when you get there.

I use to do a ton of sit-ups for my abs. 3 sets of 100. But since you have some lumbar issues(same here). Then do unweighted leg lifts. 6" off floor. Hold them there for 2 minutes. Rest for 90 seconds and do them again. 4 sets.
Also do hanging leg lifts with a strap. Hold legs out horizontal. Work your time on how you feel. Same # sets. I kept my 6 pack up until I had my first back surgery. Working on getting them back.

Woke up and got the IGF2 and drive flowing throgh the system b4 540am. Hit the gym with a new routine...
Downloaded jetfit and a roitine that was posted as one of the top for cutting. Dont know what to say about it, its a style i have never tried b4 , so i wont rush out of it.
Ill post it later, so u guys can review it. I like that it had a lot of sh!t in it, but..

Also sad site this morning... Looks like these bottles are running real low :(

I never used Jetfit. Downloaded it once but never gave it the time of day it deserves. Looks like it's thorough and well built. I should re-examine. Tell us your thoughts and what you ended up doing, I'm curious.

Just like a gas tank in New Jersey - it's a panic situation to see the supply running low. lol

The morning wo was good. It doesnt look like more then a few days of IFG2 left. A few more days of DRIVE. Very generous sized bottles. I gues i have a final review coming up. It was a fun run. Will prob take 4 Drives Pre wo since the IGF2 is about out. And DRIVE at 4 pills is awsome.

So you're doing just one set and ripping through what seems to be a circuit? Thats interesting. This is the JetFit thing right?

Diet is on point again! Nice 40/40/20. Cottage cheese and olive oil is good together? Never would have thought.

Dosed usual IGF2 and Drive then off to the Gymnasium !
Hit the gym did some abs jumped on the treadmill. My stamina is crazy right now. If i can Get my back work out done with in a half hour tomorrow ill get on that tread mill for the last half. Today i went 20 min straight at 5.5 on the treadmill, tomorrow i want to see if i can do 20 at 6.5 , After that ima calm down a bit with all this cardio, just really excited about my stamina and endurance levels right now.

Of course i have also seen an improvement within my usual work out, libido and mood. I'll save the rest of the info for the final review, looks like it will be the end this week.

Going to also try uncapping the Drives see how much of a difference that makes

You cant even tell there's a snow man shaped sugar cookie in there!!
Was going to get the fats up but missed my feeding window.

Cookie or not you did well with macros today. It's certainly an interesting approach to targeting all angles but I would imagine you couldnt be in the gym during peak hours without interruption. Requires some planning, try it for at least 4 weeks and see what comes about.

My routine? Sit on my a** and read AM forums, I'm taking a week off to relax/recover. Although I did start swimming again.

Lol lines for days

So, got up this morning, uncapped 4 Drives onto a piece of paper. It was a pretty huge mound of fine grey powder with some dark specks. I was to scared to dive right in so i had a little taste at first. Not bad, kind of minty, pleasant. So i got a cup of water and went for it. Slid the entire pile into my mouth and down the cup of water.....Not to good.
but got it down. Did not really notice a difference from downing them capped, but why not give it a shot.

This routine needs major tweaking i need to do at least 2 sets each work out. ill make changes this weekend. For now ill continue with whats there.

Having trouble with Fitness pal, but im in check, just a touch under cals, but all else is on the money. I think ill keep Jetfit around all thought it makes it a little hard to log. The snap shots are a little over board, but , it will calc your maxes and a bunch of other stats after a few weeks.

As far as my appearance, its a hell of alot leaner, Vascularity is insane, allmost where i want to be, but not there yet. Might be losing a little too much. feel like a skinny twerp but, im on a mission and wont stop till i get there.

I'm jealous.... Vascularity is my kryptonite

Crazy **** bro. That routine and you uncapping is crazy! I'm likin the caps to avoid bad taste. Good on ya giving it a go tho!

I had good Vas in the beginning. I think when the Neo kicked in it started to fade quite a bit. Really loving the Drive too.

IGF2 , Drive, Dosed up and hit the gym. Banged out this routine in about 35min, then kilt the abs for another 20min.

Ran a little over Cals today, but it was mostly Protein. Carbs were hella low, so its all good.
A little list of what was on today's menu include: 3 grilled chicken breasts with broccoli, Cottage cheese, almonds, baby spinach and olive oil on everything :)
The only thing that was kind of a cheat was coffee with milk and some sugar and that was because the lady messed up

Dropped more weight then i thought i would and in a really short time. Its only been a month. I will post new stats in the review. Over all the IGF2 + DRIVE stack was more then i expected and more then it seemed to be.

Hahahaha, what a prick... could be a nice guy but no. That's one helluva preworkout right there. Old school bodybuilding style.

If you had to go over on some nutrient protein would be the better choice, a few more building blocks to work with. That's crazy to run through that in 35min. I guess it's designed for fast pace and constant activity. Most circuits seem to be geared that way.

Applied Nutriceutical's IGF2 + DRIVE STACK REVIEW

Dosing:
Its a lot of pills, but thats how the games played.
Taking IGF2 And Drive as recommended by the bottle for my weight;
-4 IGF2 at wake and 4 before bed.
-3 DRIVE first thing in th AM, 3 Prework Out or mid day, on off days

Week 1:
-Noticed time between sets shrank, I was able to do allot more and quicker. My routine time went down enough to work in Cadrio, which I really lacked.
-Mood was elevated.
-A little trouble sleeping through out the night, may have just been other stresses

Week 2:
-Mid 2nd Week I started feeling Good as hell!,
-Energy levels stayed high through out the day, Usually after work and the commute home I would be out of it. I would ether need a nap or drag a$$ the rest of the day
-Mid Week increase in libido.
-Sleeping like a baby, Started to feel more energized in the morning, needed less sleep then usual

Week 3:
-Elevated Mood was the new norm,
-No lethargy at all.
-Libido was a bit higher.
-Pumps in the gym were good, not great
-Started to develop that real Alpha feeling, I looked big in the gym mirrors :)
-Not even going to rate aggression any more, nothing bothered me enough to raise aggression.

Week 4:
-libido, Endurance , Mood was in full gear!
-Strength was not tested with my routine, but I felt stronger.

Conclusion:
Drive – 10/10 // LOVED IT!! Drive is on completely different level //
What to expect from Drive:
As a performance enhancer -A natural EVEN boost in energy and Endurance. Not the type of sh!t you would usually expect, No shaky, head ache, no stim type feeling. Your on an all day high, in and out of the gym, you don't get tired.

Pros:
*Recovery was almost cut in half
*Cardio sessions were incredible
*Endurance was insane!!
*(hard to explain) Notice I moved quicker doing daily activities , I reacted and responded faster.
*Its not your typical Supplement- don't expect the usual BS – Drive holds true to all its claims!

Cons: (no real cons here)
*Price , its expensive at full price. But its worth it!

Notes:
Drive is not for the average person. Its full potential will only be meet by Athletes. Wonderful for breaking plateaus or taking your game to the next level. If your not pushing your self you will be wasting your money and time with Drive. Every one should pick up and keep a bottle or two of this in stock for when you need it!

IGF-2 - 9/10 // Very hard to rate this
What to expect from IGF-2:
Huge improvement in all around well being, Mood was great all the time! Libido after 2nd week was high. Slept like a baby.

Pros:
*Libido kept escalating from beginning of second week on
*Felt more vibrant, great mood.
*Quality of sleep was incredible (after week 1)
*Woke up refreshed, in less time.
*recovery was improved.

Cons:
*Expensive at full price—But again worth it
*1st week it was hard to stay a sleep?

Notes:
If you can catch a sale, stock up! I can tell that IGF2 will become more valuable as you get older. If your in your 20's I don't think you'll see much from it. The 35 and older, like me, can definitely get the benefits from IGF2. Does it really increase your natural IGF-1 levels, No clue. Does it improve general quality of life, yes, 100%!,
AppNut has it listed under Wellness Products and thats exactly what it is.

Conclusion on the IGF-2 and Drive stack: 10/10
Excellent Stack - Break any plateaus , This was my introduction to Applied Nutriceuticals and I'm sold! Only regrets is that I should of stacked a few more of their products in here!
Cant say enough about it, I got a lot from a short run. I recommend it for every one, IGF-2 if your older.

Final Grade: 10/10 really!!

Your response to both IGF2 and Drive are apparent through this long and the variety of training techniques and methods give a well rounded idea on how each contributes to your performance both in and out of the weight room. Thanks for taking the time to out this together great to see you had a good run with it. IGF2 gets pricey but I'm always one to think you get what you pay for both ways.
