Seems to be working noticed veins coming through on my mid section, and may be a little abs poking out.
I was real close last year but made the mistake of bulking. Mistake becuase i dont normally eat 5000 cals a day. So when i got my weight up. I started losing slowly when my diet went to normal.
What i was left with was a flabby belly.
My cut last yr. But weight was to low.

Ahh shazzle, your serratus is POPPIN in that pic sir. Dont add squats in, bad disc + more disc compression (squats) = bad deal. Try takin a foam roller (thick guy) cut it the length that would fit between your shoulder blades or a little shorter and roll your spine out every night or every other night. If you decide to squat, do weighted hang to decompress the spine after each set of squats
