Murk's IGF2 + Drive log!

Seems to be working noticed veins coming through on my mid section, and may be a little abs poking out.

I was real close last year but made the mistake of bulking. Mistake becuase i dont normally eat 5000 cals a day. So when i got my weight up. I started losing slowly when my diet went to normal.

What i was left with was a flabby belly.

My cut last yr. But weight was to low.

Ahh shazzle, your serratus is POPPIN in that pic sir. Dont add squats in, bad disc + more disc compression (squats) = bad deal. Try takin a foam roller (thick guy) cut it the length that would fit between your shoulder blades or a little shorter and roll your spine out every night or every other night. If you decide to squat, do weighted hang to decompress the spine after each set of squats

187lb cut, 210lb this pic. My normal weight is 205lb.

205 ripped and natural is the goal, i got till june. Thats when the shirt comes off

So today was supposed to be an off day... But no rest for the wicked!
Begore i was able to open both eyes i dropped 4 IGF2 and three drives down the chute.

Cardio: 2 miles 30min . Not breaking any records ...yet.

I love ephedra, but will be trying to stay away from it for a while. I was developing somw what of an addiction to it.
Although it super effective , it gives u that strung out look and feel.

My wife is addicted to the stuff like no one's business. Hell she can't function without it. It is kinda funny actually because I can't say sh*t. She is addicted to using BronkAid and I am addicted to my favorite b*tch....caffeination. Honestly, if I go without my Monster I am not a fun person to be around and I say Monster specifically because it is what does it for me. Tried all the other energy drinks and I still always come back to drink Monster Lo-Carb, Zero Carb, and Rehab Lemonade. lol. :D

BTW...Murk...seriously man there is no reason you cannot achieve your goals. Hell from what I see...you getting to where you want to be isn't much of a challenge, but rather an inevitability. ;)

Murk, to me it just seemed high for your age and weight. At your age I figured your activity level wouldn't be that high. I personally have a lightly active day and that's why I do a lot of cardio and weights. But I'm also about 15 yrs older. You know your body better than anyone and from your last year pics 205-210 looks like the idea weight. How tall are you? My activity level varies from day to day so I adjust my caloric intake based on how active I think I'll be. As for the back, be careful with inversion tables and boots. I tried them once and it about killed me. But I had back issues. Now I'm a third titanium in there now and am gradually increasing my squats. No deads or sit-ups. I got some of the items you recommended in today. I may start a log, I'm guessing a log would help myself out.

Sooooo I just noticed this was happening. I feel oblivious. Had fun reading thru it though!
 
Really messed up last night took Drive late like 7pm.
I was wide awake at 10pm so i took some sleeping pills. Knocked out slept till 12:30. Spent the rest of the night stairing at the clock. I think i had a few micro naps, but didnt sleep for sh!t.
Skipped the gym this morning and went to work. Took the am Drive's and IGF2's. I dont feel bad at all right now. Its @11am here. But it was a rough night
 
By the way, u guys ever heard any thing from ZETTI, i didnt contribute alot to his log. But did enjoy following it

DRIVE helps with libido, but IGF-2 is more notorious for that. Additionally, running IGF-2 and DRIVE the leaning effects are fantastic for sure.

Up at 5:30am. Dropped Igf2 and Drive into the system then hit the gym. Kind of out of it today. All this crap in the news about hurrican sandy kind of got me worried. Its currently 9am in NY and a little windy and some ran. The news say's its not going to get bad till about 11. We'll see. Last years storm i lost power for 2 weeks.

Finally sleeping in my own bed instead of the hospital. It's taking an extra hour to get anywhere. I was pretty lucky to not lose power or anything. I've had friends crashing on my couch and coming over to shower. I haven't heard from two people I know who were evacuated.

It is in these times that all petty squabbles have to be put aside and you just end up being the good person you are supposed to be so that you can be there to help others see the light at the end of the bleak and gloomy tunnel.

In essence, my point here is...for all you on the east coast my prayers do go out to you and by all means cherish those closest to you because mother nature is ruthless and unforgiving. At the end of the day though, through all of the destruction perhaps there will be the birth of something new and wonderful.

Just stay optimistic and keep your head up. :)

Diet...... Ehhhh. A few days ago they had pizza at work. I gave in, ate a slice. Then started thinking about the last time i had a warm meal. Then..i was like, when is the next time ill have a warm meal???

So i ate 4 more slices, and stole another 4 to take home for the family. Got them home and had my wife heat them on the bbq for my boys..lol.. Wtf?

That looks like a pretty heavy leg curl. What's the first exercise? I'm assuming squats.

My bad its leg extensions. It should be squats. But have a little tightness in my back and didnt want to fuk with it to much. The deads were light just for a strech.

It's in my Sig. Got it, leg extensions early in the workout are great for preemptive fatiguing to really rip up.the rest of the workout. I don't go heavy there anymore simply because of scar tissue in my knee.

Up, dosed , hit the gym for some quick cardio and planks. Abs realy coming throught. I might be dropping weight to fast. Prob will add a few more cals to my diet. I will re-evaluate it tonight. Maybe post a pic later.
I know i need to post a quick mid cycle review on Drive and IGF2. Will try to get it done tonight.

Kind of excited. Results alot quicker then i expected. Looking good and feeling great. really loving the combo, hating on med, his stack is insane

You will get those abs...no doubt my man. Honestly, getting your abs to show up and pop is not the hard part...hell that is the easy part. The hard part is keeping them that way. ;)

I just upped to 4/3 drive today as well. Results were killer for me before that hurricanes shat weather brought me down a bit. But climbing back up!

I have 2 abs semi visible lol, the top two.... The bottom is covered by water. But I'm bulking. Your shredddding. I'll be doing that in the new year with HGHup, drive, Freetest, fat free and.... Idk. Maybe just 4 stack. And paleo again..... I love these pills.

I've never "cut" to get ripped, I have dieted to lose fat and then lean bulked. I plan on a lean bulk/cut in the new year.
I like your 40/40/20, this I what I am shooting for. carbs will be strictly broccoli,colli and Brussels. 2500- 3000cal should be a good @200lbs I think. I will be doing cardio then...

That's the best method. Slow and steady in both directions.
Cut too fast = lose muscle. Bulk too fast = get fat.

I agree for the most part. Bulking should definitely not be done in a rapid manner. Cutting however can be done with a much faster pace as long as the proper fat and protein content are involved and carb cycling is used precisely. However, that is just my opinion so take it as you will. :)

Generally my first 4 weeks of a true "cut" are SKD. I drop pretty fast in those first few weeks with very minimal loss in lean mass. I also like that I give my system a break from having a diet higher in carbohydrates. After 4-6 weeks I reintroduce carbs and cycle them in a basic manner. To each their own.

Exactly. Everyone is different. As they say there is no such thing as a magic pill or a magic training style that works for everyone. In fitness there are concepts I believe are uniform and universal, but even then they have to be tailored to the individual. :)
