Well I didn’t manage to get a picture this weekend. So you guys are going to have to be more patient with me, again….
However, I decided I’d just post the final review without the picture. So here we go.
I actually really enjoyed running X-Factor Advanced. If I remember correctly I started noticing slight differences within the first week, which is pretty quick for any supplement. The effects would have been more pronounced had I taken 4 caps per day instead of the test run of 2 caps per day. Regardless of my dose, I definitely felt more pumped during my workouts as the weeks progressed. Strength and endurance also went up considerably. Even though I was on a cutting diet throughout most of my log I never lost strength; I was setting PR’s every workout. Obviously my energy levels weren’t as high due to me follow are lower carb diet, but my pumps were still noticeable and my muscles weren’t failing me early as they normally would while on a cut. I’m not going to say it’s a miracle pill or anything, but I can’t wait to see what the results would be at the recommended dose of 4 caps per day on a bulking diet. My strength would probably be through the roof. I don’t really know what else to say except that it worked and I would recommend it to anyone desiring strength and endurance in the weight room. I believe the arachidonic acid within XFA is really meant to encourage size gains a good amount as well, but I wasn’t able to experience this effect due to my lack of calories. On my next run I will definitely be bulking and I plan to gain some great size and strength. Oh, I forgot to mention that XFA helps considerably during a cut. It turned my cut into more of a recomp since I was actually gaining strength throughout its entirety. That’s just another morsel to add to the well-rounded product. It’s good stuff. Check out other reviews as well if you don’t believe me.
