Muoio117's journey with X-Factor Advanced (sponsored)

I'm gonna run 4 a day for 50 days (I think).... I'm looking fwd to this crazy pump you guys are getting!! I've talked to a few natural completive body builders and they all said this is the most anabolic supp without hormones. Being all natty I'm stoked to try this. My shipment will be here Friday but I have about 21 or so days left on my ecdy cycle.... 50 days on XFA will make that the longest I've gone without my ecdy lol

That sounds awesome. I'm going to try to run it again at 4 caps sometime in the future as well. I can't imagine what a pump would feel like at 4 caps....

So I've been dragging my butt around school the past few days. What do you guys think about me carbing up tomorrow? I figured if I did that then I would have more energy for Friday and Saturday's workout, maybe. Or would it be better just to wait until Saturday? I didn't actually carb up this past weekend like I said I would, therefore I haven't had a carb load day for 1.5-2 weeks. I also don't know if my carbs are low enough to even justify a carb load day. Any advice on this?

Hmmm I would get a good nights sleep and eat extra crabs in the AM... but then again I'm a true meat head so don't take carb advise from me lol. Some times I add a half cup or more of oats to my pre bed time protein...

So normally on non-workout days I cut out the oatmeal in the morning and replace it with almonds. I also cut out the natty pb and the post workout shake. Today I decided to carb up so I threw in the oatmeal in the morning. I also put a little ketchup on my egg whites, which I haven't done since I started the cut. It tasted sooo good :)

I made sure to do some activity since I'm carb loading today so I woke up and did some HIIT, fasted. I just finished my breakfast, and it was great to eat some carbs. I already feel better.

Thanks for the advice StakedCop. I'm actually farely sensitive to carbs so I would never add carbs to my pre-bed protein, however I will add plenty of carbs in the AM, which is what I plan to do today.

All in all I believe I'll be raising my non-workout day carbs from ~80 to around 200 today, maybe over a little. I plan on keeping my calories around the same 1800 range, which is typical on a non-workout day for me while cutting.

Hell yea!! gonna run it once I'm done with my animal m stack and ecdystreone "cycle"

I work in north eastern Illinois about 40 miles south of Chicago.

Awesome man, I have a good friend that's a Captain for CPD, and another that's assistant chief at Northfield P..D in IL.

Sorry for the late update; I was incredibly busy yesterday.

20 mins of moderate cardio (8.0 mph first 5 min, 8.5 mph for next 15 min) on treadmill

I had a decent workout today; it wasn't one of my better ones though. I did have a pretty good pump in my biceps, not so much in my triceps today for some reason. Well I'm still getting a little stronger even though I'm a little over 3 weeks into my cut, so I'm grateful for that. Everyday I wonder how I would be doing if I were on the full dose of XFA. Oh well, another time. I'm still loving it :)

Effects of XFA:

- Pumps
- Increased Endurance
- Greater Strength
- Cut/Recomp Support

Day 47

Lying Leg Curls: 110 - 4 x 8, 8, 6, 6

Forgot to do calves today...

20 minutes of moderate cardio (8.5 mph) on treadmill

Good workout today. Got another huge pump in my glutes. Yes, it is weird to say that, lol. But my butt was stretching out my shorts, haha. My quads were also pumped, but they were definitely overshadowed by my glutes. It was a good feeling though :)

Effects of XFA:

- Pumps
- Increased endurance
- Greater strength
- Cut/Recomp support!

Hate to see this coming to an end but looking forward to your final review.

Yeah, I don't want to end either. But yeah, final review and pics will be up after I'm done. It may take a while to get the picks because I don't have a camera here at school so I may need to wait until Thanksgiving, when I go home, to get pics.

Day 49

Another good workout. Not so much of a pump but strength increased a bit again :D

Superset #1:

DB Shoulder Presses: 65 - 3 x 5, 5, 4 +5lbs

Decline Ab Crunch w/ DB: 25 - 3 x 12, 10, 10

Superset #2:

DB Lateral Raises: 30 - 3 x 12, 12, 12 +2 reps/set

Cable Crunches: 65 - 3 x 12, 12, 10 +5lbs

Superset #3:

Bent Over Flys (rear delts): 20 - 3 x 12, 12, 12 +2 reps/set, light weight, but I made sure I was hitting delts not back

DB Shrugs: 100 - 2 x 12, 12 , stopped early on these, felt like my body was too tired to move such heavy weights, lol

25 minutes of moderate cardio (8.5 mph) on treadmill

Well I'm still gaining strength on a low cal diet. I'm actually down to ~2200 now, I believe, and that's on a workout day. Non-workout days are getting down into the 1700's. Anyway, as long as I keep getting stronger then I'll keep pushing it.

I didn't get too much of a pump today except for a little bit in the rear delts. I think my shoulders just don't get as pumped as everything else. I think that fits the pattern. I really not liking the idea of having to cut with XFA. I've only got one day left :( I better make it a good workout then. Chest and back tomorrow, so it'll be some big muscle groups enjoying their final day on arachidonic acid.

Effects of XFA:

- Pumps
- Increased endurance
- Greater strength
- Incredible Recomp/Cut support

Im sad to see this log coming to an end

The incredible recomp and far loss you noticed really took me by surprise when I first used X-Factor too!

excited to see a final review bro

That will have to wait until I have access to a camera so I can take after pics. It'll probably be posted in another 1-2 weeks.

Day 50

The last day

Superset #1:

HS Row: 85/side - 3 x 8, 8, 6 +5lbs

25 mins of moderate cardio (8.5 mph) on treadmill

So my last day on XFA was a good day. My lats were pumped and my chest was incredibly pumped. My strength didn't really move too much from last weak, but I didn't lose any which is an awesome thing while cutting. I'm sort of bummed that my trial is over. I would just like to thank the MN reps for granted me this opportunity to run XFA. It is definitely a great product and I will buying it again. After my 50 day "off" period is complete I plan to run 2-3 bottles (4-6 caps/day) of XFA in conjuction with Bioforge Pro Max or maybe MN's Test Factor (don't know as much about this one though). I would love to see what a full dose of XFA will do for me with a clean diet while bulking and while doing higher volume workouts (sets of 10 reps).

I will post a final review once I am able to take "after" pictures that way I can post both pics in the same thread. But the effects listed below are what I noticed most about this run. Putting everything into one post is difficult, so I hope people will take the time to read through my entire log someday and see what XFA truelly does. I'll be sure to post a link to this log (if I remember, lol).

Very glad to see you enjoyed your first ever run with XF Muoio, cant wait for that final review!

Well I didn’t manage to get a picture this weekend. So you guys are going to have to be more patient with me, again….

However, I decided I’d just post the final review without the picture. So here we go.

I actually really enjoyed running X-Factor Advanced. If I remember correctly I started noticing slight differences within the first week, which is pretty quick for any supplement. The effects would have been more pronounced had I taken 4 caps per day instead of the test run of 2 caps per day. Regardless of my dose, I definitely felt more pumped during my workouts as the weeks progressed. Strength and endurance also went up considerably. Even though I was on a cutting diet throughout most of my log I never lost strength; I was setting PR’s every workout. Obviously my energy levels weren’t as high due to me follow are lower carb diet, but my pumps were still noticeable and my muscles weren’t failing me early as they normally would while on a cut. I’m not going to say it’s a miracle pill or anything, but I can’t wait to see what the results would be at the recommended dose of 4 caps per day on a bulking diet. My strength would probably be through the roof. I don’t really know what else to say except that it worked and I would recommend it to anyone desiring strength and endurance in the weight room. I believe the arachidonic acid within XFA is really meant to encourage size gains a good amount as well, but I wasn’t able to experience this effect due to my lack of calories. On my next run I will definitely be bulking and I plan to gain some great size and strength. Oh, I forgot to mention that XFA helps considerably during a cut. It turned my cut into more of a recomp since I was actually gaining strength throughout its entirety. That’s just another morsel to add to the well-rounded product. It’s good stuff. Check out other reviews as well if you don’t believe me.
