You're right that the scale is just a number, but it's a number you've been trying to hit. It's easy to let it get in your head. Maybe just stick with cardio during your rest week, or throw in some routines to hit body parts that need a little more work.

I dropped Vanillean....after 10 days I am getting nothing out of this, but belly bloating. No thanks. I still have a bottle of DCP that I will start probably next week. I also rec'd some RXS Radiate today that I will be implementing in the morning. I am pretty stoked for this......all positive feedback from the loggers. Hoping to feel the warmth that most are experiencing. I am typically always cold and even Brite doesn't make me warm like it does for most. Hoping this one really brings the heat.:)

I love it! Sticking with 3\4 scoop for now, and just pre w\o. I can feel this working within about 20 min...heart starts to beat a little faster and then the cold sweats start. Focus is through the roof! Love love love it! The taste, though, not so much. But that doesn't really matter to me as long as the product does what it claims. I added DCP pre w\o as well today. Seemed to go ok.

I will post a full update for the week tomorrow. Been crazy busy this week.:)

Have you tried it with ice? MonteCedillo recommended that and I can confirm that it makes a difference.
 
Strong this. Something about adding ice to it that unlocks the flavor. I've noticed this with the new pilots as well. Speaking of which..... May is looking really fresh and flavorFULL!

Taking into consideration how highly dosed our ingredients are and how incredibly potent and bitter the raw materials are, these new flavors have been guru'd by the best in the biz. We did not skimp on quality raw materials nor quality flavor profile. Ultra premium from top to bottom... inside and out. You guys are in for a real sweaty treat!

5500 cals per day! In all honesty, how do you choke down that much food? When I am bulking I am usually in the 2500-2700 range and by the end of the day I don't even want to look at my last meal..

I am tired of this cut! Grrrr.....Wasn't happy with the scale today - remained unchanged from last week. I hate that f$#@ing scale! Took some measurements - they are just ok! Ready to throw in the towel at this point......grrrr!

Beyond that, if you are not happy with your results than I always go back to "the plan". Are you following your plan (strictly)? If so, then how can the plan be changed to help things along? Most of the time we know the answers to these questions ourselves. Sometimes we know the answers, but we are afraid to take action on them because we have a voice in our head saying, "you aren't supposed to do that".

I did not take before pics, but I did take measurements. Measurements are going in the right direction so I know the plan is working....just seeing a number on that friggin' scale that doesn't match is a bit demotivating.....even though I know in my mind that its meaningless. This is actually par for the course for me. I will prob have a big drop this week or next.......I should be used to it, its how my body operates. Anyway, over my little tantrum and I will keep on keepin' on. Thanks for chiming in.:)

I took a gander on the scale this morning.......exactly 125.6lbs. HAHAHA! This damn thing has not moved in 4 weeks. It has read exactly 125.6lbs for a month. So I am done with that thing. Packed it away and going back to not weighing myself. Measurements only from now on. A couple people at my gym the other day told me I was "leaning out" and "ripped up" so I will take random comments over random numbers any day. LOL!

Calories are at 1700:

Fat around 60 grams
Carbs around 140 grams
Protein around 150 grams

The reason I say "around" is I am not too sticky on hitting those numbers exactly.......as long as I get at least 130 grams of protein per day I am happy. Let the rest fall where it may.....but those numers are usually where I end up. And one day a week I don't count macros......usually Saturdays. I tend to have 1700 cals of whatever crap I want.;)

My goal is to burn 1200 cals for the week with cardio.

I am sticking with this plan til the end.....4 more weeks to go.

My plan after that will be maintenance through the summer til Labour Day weekend - My oldest daughter is getting married that weekend. Don't want to look like a "frumpy" mother of the bride. LOL! Then maybe slight bulk for the winter.

Supplements right now are just DCP - taken 30 min before my post w\o meal, 30 min before my 6 pm meal and 30 min before my 9pm meal. And still rocking Radiate. 1 full scoop pre w\o. I have not added a second serving, but I am thinking I will for the next 4 weeks. See if I can help this cut along with a second serving. I ordered 2 more tubs so no fear of running out.
