Fri and Sat March 24th and 25th 2017
Yesterday was Upper Hypertrophy:
Incline DB - 4*12,12,12,10 - 40lbs
Cable Fly - 1*4 - 15lbs, 3*12- 10lbs
Seated Row (one arm at a time)- 4*12 - 80lbs
BB Row - 4*12 - 80lbs
Front\Side Raise - 4*10,10,8,8 - 15lbs
BB Curl - 4*10,10,10,8 - 50lbs
Tri Ext w\rope - 4*12,12,10,8 - 17.5lbs
Today is Sat and Sat is always a rest day. Still on the fence about my week coming up.....to rest or not, that is the question....Ha!
