The stack am taking. Yes 1 does of each so I pick one to does first followed by the next one about 20 min after.

I would split the mmv3 up about 3 hours apart with one does pre workout

Day 29 yesterday.

Been very busy lately :/.

Well Yesterday I took a look in the mirror and was pretty happy with what am staring at hehe, looking more rounded over all, nice and lean, chest size dropped but gotten a more rouned look etc. Slimming down pretty fast since am only eating like 1-2 meals a day at about 1500-2k cals very lean in protein and healthy fats.

Bentover rows 115lbs 3x10 145lbs 2x6
Push ups 3x50
Incline bench 2x15 145lbs
Chin up wide grip 2x10

Keep it nice and simple.

Stack has been treating me nice and well, here are my thoughts.

Endurance muscle wise 10/10
Energy still the same.
Pumps 11/10 mostly at evening/night there at the best
Recomp from my point of view 7.2/10 Very happy.
Overall look and thoughts 8.2-9/10
 
Day 30 Today. Last Day! Review tomorrow then PCT time!!!!!!!!!!!

What a amazing run so far, very happy person with my result!

Workout

1 mile light jog.
Squats 115 10 x 10
Overhead press 115 10 x 10
Pushups 2x50
Hammer curls 5x10

Then I did DTP for biceps and lat pull downs. Dead tried haaa. Stay tuned for my review tomorrow, followed by my start of PCT which will still be in this thread!

Well well well.! Lets start this bad boy shall we.

Methyl 1-D

Tasted like rolaids or tums that you would take for heartburn, but was faint and pleasant tasting. Can't really rate each product by itself only as all in one, since I wasn't running these by themselves. but I'll give a rough estimate. :)

Endurance though 8/10 very good muscle endurance as time went on.
Stamina 7/10
Energy still the same 0/10
Recomp effect 6.2/10
Overall 7.2/10

Tasted like chocolate chip pancakes no joke, but ehh was alright, but here a rough estimate for this.

Endurance though 6.2/10
Stamina 8/10
Energy still the same 0/10
Recomp effect 7/10
Dryness 7.1/10
Overall 8.2/10

This stack was a fun a unique one, greatly enjoyed the effects. Diet was good, but got more on point during the last little bit of this run in which lower cals really speed up some fat loss or at least starting loosening up the stubborn areas. So lower cals on this stack will be alot better then eating more! Thank you again LG science! PCT time!




Little note on the formadrol taste like mcdonalds sweet tea but taste a butt hole.......

is ECDY in mmv3 or not... i notice on a bottle i have along with the box label that it is not included in the formula... yet reps have said it's part of the formula.

was it a labeling error or what? the two bottles i have have different lot numbers and both do not include the ecdy on the ingredients label.
 
Alright Guys Update on PCT!

Formadrol taste like ass...... Feeling pretty good, I also feel pretty dry. Kinda been taking these two days easy, just trying to figure things out so am going to come to you guys for some help. :)

Here is what i'm thinking.

A. Do a actual cut in my life for let say 6 week -???, possibly with EPI as a helper to speed things up... During the cut just focus on nothing but mirror looks and try to get ripped as much as possible and just forget about strenght for those 6 weeks and go ham during the cutting phase.. Then possible just look super sexy all year around....

or

B.Continue this DTP type training while holding on to strength / gain some more, with a ok recomp effect. Then look ok lean year around but have gorilla strength... :)

I feel like if I choose option A am going to go mentally nuts lol and I will need lots of motivation from you guys so I can succeed in those goals... So the question is are you guys going/willing to help me out mentally if I chose option A. I would also create a thread in a one of these section if I choose option A to log those 6 weeks journey.

So what you guys would like to see?

Pct rough as fuc* bp up and down headaches and feel funky. Been taken my cycle armor at 2 caps along with 2 omega 3,6,9 and currently bumping up the cycle armor to 4 split evenly.
 
Day 11 so 1 week in. Sorry guys I never been this swamp with work it been stressful.

Again sorry for the no updates.


Ok I was battle work relating things, bp spikes were rough and had some killer headaches. I pretty much got my bp under control with Cycle Armor 4 dose's split evenly, along with 2 caps of omega 3,6,9 pills a day. So am feeling excellent now, like am 16 again! Formadrol is still nasty, but it works good, libido is up and running great, crazy wood at times to. Looking alot smaller due to I haven't been able to do any workouts for the past few day :( I feel like am letting my AM fans down with this log. Diet beyond excellent under 2k cals a day very very healthy, alomst no hungry to.! Stomach area has fat melting off, just need to tighten up that area!

My plans will be back on track tomorrow, will hit the weights again and do some light jogging after. I currently have 2 more week left so give me plenty of time to get some sick updates going to make up for the lack of them these past few days.

Day 12 Part 1 of a 3 part update

Woke up late this morning, got some good sleep.!.. Its finally amazing weather here in Florida woot! nice and cool, windy and like perfect humidity! After I got up went and mowed the backyard and got in a good sweat, can't lie was kinda out of breath not like omg am I going to die type thing but more like dam not moving around for the week sucks lol. Noting a few days of cardio can't fix. Pics will arrive pretty soon It will mostly be a shot of my mid section. Part 2 & 3 will soon follow.

As you can see shoulder are alot broader, wider. Mids section I got the outer outline coming in. Overall looking pretty dry :) Btw the reason my old pictures were so bright and not the best looking were due the the HDR setting on my iphone was on lol so I put my camera settings back to normal...

Yesterdays Update:

Started of with a early 1 mile jogs.

Mid afternoon I did power cleans, continued on focusing on proper form so keeped it light but lots of reps. 115lbs 10x15

Pushup 2x100 1 min rest in between

Hammer curls 25lbs 2x15 each arm then 35lbs 5x5 each arm.

1 more 1 mile jog.

After all of that went to a friend house since he was back in town for the day had some good food, homemade hamburgers stuffed with onions, celery and other yuming things, Baked potato, huge homemade salad with hard boiled eggs in it.

Side notes: Libido bad ass, so far so good, taste like b hole still :/ but my balls are nice and full tho hehe

Him since when do I lift a mini cooper lol? but bench and deads are my strongest then followed by incline bench. You are strong as shizz on squats and biceps. We all have are pros and cons, but in the end we all help each other! Now as far as Airborne goes that dude a scary ass mofo lmao
