I'm feeling stronger on bench and excited to see if in a few weeks I can increase my current PRs. My supps are being delivered today so looking forward to starting x-gels & alphamax tomorrow.
 
Just fyi, x gels typically take at least 2-3 weeks before you really notice much (increased pumps/DOMS - tho not all get these).

not sure how you eat around your workout, but the best way to dose ArA is either a) 45 min pre (if fasted) or b) during warmup sets (if fed)

Thanks for the pointers. I'll be taking them pre fasted with 15g soy lecithin granules .

Damn I felt alpha as hell today with this stack haha! Last night I took 2 alphamax, I then had to work on the back yard and remove some crabgrass and weeds... felt super tired after and thirsty and a bit itchy.. not sure if the alphamax or just the extra physical labor and dirt.. I did wake up feeling great.. like if I slept longer, but in fact I slept the same as always. Last nights hanky panky with the wifey was awesome though! I know it was this alphamax LOL
Today I did not feel over stimmed and I felt no euphoria. I was focused and just felt strong and confident as hell.

Today was a great session. I went hard and added drop sets at the end of each exercise. Finished off the last of my legendary. Really loving the alphamax right now.
 
How long before workout did you have that pwo meal? Mug cake recipe looks good. Did it stay moist and not sticky b/c I always have a problem with it getting super dry at the bottom.

Like 30-40 min before hitting the gym. I actually made it the night before took a fee bites but got full so i placed it in the fridge. i didn't grind the oats so it was on the dry side and not a consistent texture. I've made better haha. Egg helps, and also like mushed banana or pumpkin puree

Got an alright workout in. Took my xgels and alphamax stack with some off the chains. I did some pushups and row, raises, curls, tri extension supersets with my wife's Michelle Lewin Platform.

I felt like a machine today. No emotions besides focus to kill my workout. Starting to feel soreness from my little workout on Saturday! That lewin platform is the sh*t!
Got back in yesterday from our little weekender vacation. We had a blast! It also really helped out pup socialize and he did so much better in public. He was too energetic and wanting to run around the first day during breakfast, but by the last day he was super chill.

Today was not bad at all. My bench felt stronger.. I woke up fat today LOL! weighed in at 191 lbs that's 7 lbs from last week haha.. I extended my little vacation diet to yesterday. Yesterday's lunch was a huge vegetarian burrito bowl and then last night we celebrated a late mothers day and I ate Linguini w/ Clam Sauce and was not shy with the bread sticks hahaha. It was great and I don't regret it. I just feel real bloated today. I'll focus and just think of the extra calories as recovery food. Excited for tomorrow's deadlifts.

its a special variation of lower hyper that we call: Legs on a monday. it consists of all bench press (due to the natural wavelengths of mondays) haha
 
*quick log update. I realized my multivitamin has joint support so starting tomorrow I will take those with my lunch. I still haven't been able to eat today. I had a cup of oats and some peanuts about 5 hrs ago. I am just starting to get hungry. I've been crazy tired though and sore. not sure if xgels would be kicking in this soon?

Doms can come in relatively quickly (tho this would be pretty extreme) but the rest of the symptoms (tired, lack of hunger) wouldn't have anything to do with it for sure.

Almost sounds more like you've just run yourself a bit too hard. Have you been getting a lot of sleep and food?

Oh ok. Yea might be. Good thing deload is next week. I messed myself up yesterday. I don't know what happened to me over the last year but I can't handle a lot of beans (ironic i'm hispanic lol) .. knowing this i ate a huge burrito bowl. For dinner a huge pasta bowl. This is what messed with me today. I also woke up monday with a lot of sinuses. This cleared up though. Let's see how the rest of the week turns out

I am back to normal today! Damn yesterday was rough. Last night I did the following: 7 pm took 1 scoop of greens, 8:40ish a light salad, 9:30 a digestion tea. woke up feeling great. dropped down to 186 again (5 pounds of god knows what from yesterday haha) Appetite is back. Besides this, I felt great at the gym and the 3 plates felt great.
 
What is the digestion tea? I have seen dieters tea but not that.

LOOOVVVEEE agamtine. I take it daily, 500mg in the morning (or pre workout), 500mg split over 4 hrs with my evening feast.

I woke up extra tired today and late. Really glad this week I will be lowering the weight and allowing my body to recover more. I'll try and maintain my cardio up. Rough Monday, but I got through it.
