well, honestly i would think heavy lunges may prove to be rather difficult. fvck it, go for sets of 20. i like to have at least one exercise per bodypart that utilizes high reps, while the remaining ones are heavy.

you'd probably be ok with that. i train on m/t/t/f with no issues, one week surely won't fvck things up too much.

Alrighty, found a car... ordered one I liked the color on.... dont laugh its one of those scion box cars.... :) It was the only thing I fit in and that got over 30 mpg.... Honestly it has more head and shoulder and leg room then my dad's Tacoma.... so I am not complaining. Went and applied at three different resturants as a server/bouncer, and talked to my gym manger seein if they needed me on the work rotation there again, and it looks good. So money and car... check:whip:

Decline lying leg curls... Because of the decline it focuses the weight more on the ham/glute area than the back of the knee....

Alright so I am a powerbuilder... I like to be strong but I also like aesthtics. I have recieved a surprise chance from my parents to go spend 4-5 days training with Lee Haney. I am excited, but I dont know if its just a waste of time and money or I should just say stop thinking about fVcking genetics and go have fun.....

I walked into the gym today, and told myself I am a monster... it felt good. I am finally over my caffiene headaches which is good and it felt amazing on creatine and arginine with 15 egg whites and some oatmeal in me.... BOOOM FUUU*UCKIN Ya!

Alright I had another question fur you big boys. My thighs are my biggest body part. Almost 30 inches with lil fat. I am having trouble finding shorts that fit.... any ideas? And I have a 33-35 inch waste, so big and tall dont have a size near what I need....?

i've got about 10 of those. the underarms have ripped open on most of em, just use for wearing around the house nowadays. i don't leave the house in white, would destroy my image. ;)
 
Most of them I just ripped the sleeves off mid--workout... due to my swelling muscles... or maybe I just out grew them... guess I will never know... When I start doing that to my 3XL's I will just switch to inzer shirts... just like you and Guy :)
 
Yeah, I train with a dude that is a 20 year old up and coming mixed martial artist. He gets to beat up on freshly recruited marines from Parris Island most of the time, but he works out on slip on boat shoes that are like 10 dollars from wal-mart... its all good... I wanna be like Arnold and just not wear shoes at all... :)

The last few workouts look really good bro. Especially impressed with the 30", not bad for a tall mofo, not bad for *anyone* : ) As for the short situation, it sucks but belts are your friends. The shorts that have enough thigh space for you are going to have huge 46" waist sizes. So as long as you have that 33-35" waist of yours, they will always be loose up there, but just hold down the fort with a nice belt.
 
Not just shorts... blue jeans... anything. Because mine are like 30 right above where you normally measure.... And even bigger as they get towards the hip...
