Also. So I work at GNC... Now Muscle Tech is not to be trusted. But they are trying to encourage GNC employees to sell their products by sending us free ****. Its kinda funny. I have a bottle of GAKIC (chemically shat on arginine) and a free shirt. While Xcience sent me a box of protein bars and RTD's and some sugar free energy drinks... I think its really funny, because I know I never sell muscle tech stuff to anyone if I can help it, and neither does my co worker. So they are realizing it. Just thought I would share how low MT is dropping....

training for the pump allows your muscles to grow to the point. But to gain the truly thick muscle that whens shows, bodybuilders gotta have some powerlifting mixed in. I think both sides of weight lifting are important.
