Make your own mass shake my friend I used a mass gainer full of crap and ending up putting to much fat on to the point where for My height and weight and age my SmartWatch classed me as over weight maybe it didn't class Any muscle weight as It wouldn't know which is which but now I'm cutting and then in December when I bulk I plan to make my own shake consisting of semi skimmed milk, a cup of oats, normal whey protein powder no mass crap, coconut oil, peanut butter and a handful of fruit which should accumulate to around 1,000 calories
and then with 3 meals a day as well should be good to go mate
but no harm in adding supps too but I wouldn't recommend a mass gainer shake from company's it's just pure sugar I was taking a mass shake and I couldn't even get out of bed to workout as my energy levels where so ****ed so It was pointless in the end
