Montego's quest for HW Status

What's up guys! Well I've got a Dr appointment booked this week to check out my back. The what I believe are back pumps keep getting progressively worse. To the point now where when walking I'll get a shooting pain that almost drops me to the floor.

I don't remember tweaking my back but I think I either strained it or heaven forbid my sciatica nerve might be impinged. Hopefully it'll get diagnosed when I go to the Dr. Either way I'm still grinding.

One good thing is I'm definitely lifting with my legs :)
 
You didn't pin on your sciatic nerve did you? I've heard it's possible but don't know anyone who actually has. Hope you didn't herniated a disc. Good luck bro...

Well i got up to 245. After gear changes and some tweaks on the diet I'm sitting around 228-230 upon rising.
 
Looking pretty thick man!!
 
Few more from today. Carbs are on the upswing and weight is slowly declining still.

Dr visit yesterday went well. He said I had a mild strain but nothing serious. Kinda figured that since the pain had been slowly going away over the last five days.

Still plugging along here. Did some GVTish squats yesterday. Started with 225 after my warm up and slowly increased weights over ten sets. Legs are smoked today.

I'll be chomping on dbols soon. Let the weight gain resume :)

GVT leg press with feet low and close

Single leg squats

Somersault squats

Leg extension

Leg curl

Really focusing on the sweep today. Next session geared more towards hams, Glutes and overall quads.
 
Three days into the Dbol now. Felt some real fullness today even without any activity. Weight should start to spike here next week. 25 days on these then it's on to the next little endeavor :)

Might be some vitamin G in the future as well. Bada Bing.

Not quite sure. If I do one in 2015 it won't be until October. The Formulation 1 or possibly might do the Johnny Jackson classic in Dallas. It will be the first year for that one.

All depends on how satisfied I am with my size at that point.
 
Wow, what weight do you have in mind? You're a big boy now! Looking to go into show at 220-225, 230? Or are you wanting to show even heavier than that... Impressive to say the least.
 
Want to bring 220+ at the same level of conditioning but that's gonna be a long road in itself. Maybe get past the hw class in the long run due to my height though.

I think that will come down to a decision of seeking more experience or waiting to get the size you want before getting back on stage. I think both would be sound strategies depending on your goals. If in Houston area you know I am there for support!
 
A little over a week into Dbol today. No change in diet up six lbs to 234.5 weeee

Haha mine is so white, I trimmed up the sides it was getting kind of strange looking.
 
Haha, the hospital here in town has a Mens health November contest. The guys shaved the 1st and was only allowed to grow a mustache. Well my boss decided he would do it, and I swear he looks like a pedophile now haha.
 
Little update here. Weighed in at 233.5 today. Muscles are full as all get up and pumps in the gym are to the point of painful.

Body comp is staying around the same but weight has increased about six lbs since starting the Dbol. I'm not gonna be parading around with my shirt off but I'm not NEARLY as sloppy as I was previously at the same weight. Weeeeeee!
 
Dove back into the supplement cabinet this weekend after being off pre workouts and such for a while. Cracked open a tub of Stimul8 and a bottle of Max Pump.

Workouts went stellar and I had almost forgot how much I enjoyed Stimul8 :) legs back and chest over the last three days all went excellent.

Weight hovering around 235 most days upon waking and after my latest update on supps and food from my coach, should be sticking around that weight but leaning out some. Eliminated my once a week cheat meal for the next two weeks but upped calories across the board mainly carbs and protein while fats took a slight hit.
 
I'm a couple weeks from taking a PWO break and I'm not looking forward to it.
 
235 is awesome man! You've really taken it to the next level. Will be fun to watch and see where you eventually come in at for show in 2015!

This is my first break on supps in a long long time. As well as my first break from the forum but that's about to change as well. Some time off of certain things ,not just training, are very beneficial and can definitely re charge the mental batteries. Back at it now though :)

Today I did arms. Haven't hit them the last week so they needed some attention.

Single arm cable pushdown ss single arm cable curl
3x12 on each for warm-up

V bar pushdown
5x10 15'seconds rest between sets

Incline db curls
3x8

Incline skull crusher ss close grip ez curl bar
3x25-20 constant tension
3x15-12 constant tension

Db hammer curl
3x10-8

Spider curls w db's
4x10-8

Triceps pushdown machine
5x12-10 alternating between close and wide grip short rest

Seated drag curls........used a low cable row machine but preformed drag curls with the close grip attachment
4x12-10

Weighted dips
4x failure

Seated calf press ss standing calf raise no rest
5x25-20
6x12
